DON BIt was a very good experience and the personnel were very helpful. When I needed help and more information it was very quick to get updates and next steps. When there was trouble finding. The trailer I need the support was excellent in finding me another location for the trailer I needed. I also appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out with the app as well as other instructions. The 5x9 trailer was perfect for my use case with no issues at all. It was an overall excellent experience and I will definitely do it again.

RODNEY HSilver Spur saved the U-Haul experience on this occasion. Extremely efficient and accommodating. Would not recommend a U-Haul location outside of this one in the Justin, Texas area.

CRAIG TI had to make some changes to our original plans and our pickup location helped us with that and other supplies. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Overall the pickup locations were very helpful and friendly.

CHARLES PU-Haul needs to fix their reservation system. It kept showing a different pick up location and the price was nearly $200 higher than quoted. Thanks to the determined efforts of Silver Spur Storage, they got it all straightened out, but not without two lengthy calls to U-Haul headquarters. U-Haul, it’s time to upgrade your computer system. We have moved on from the 1990’s.
