I had a Hertz rental and was 10 min late and they refused me my rental. I was distressed due to moving states the next morning. Christopher at Argyle U-Haul comforted me and found me a rental in less than an hour. He went above and beyond and was absolutely wonderful! The only negative feedback is that the U-Haul pulled right the whole time so my son had to keep correcting. Other than that the process was seamless and I would definitely use the service again due to the outstanding customer service all around! Kudos team!!!!
