Jim AExtended my drop off time to midnight. When I showed up the lady at the location refused to take the truck and said we don’t take U-Hauls past 9pm. I tried to show her that my reservation time shower midnight and she said I don’t care. Due to this lady I had to drop the U-Haul off at another location causing myself to get charged a major fee.

richard rI would not recommend this location because I believe it is used only in conjunction with the mobile App. The mobile App was and is single handedly, the worst software I've ever interfaced with. I was living a literal waking nightmare from start to finish with the stupid mobile App. I will never use it again and will actively try to dissuade people from using it. That is how passionately I hate the app. I like U-Haul but that app NEEDS to be overhauled!!! Secondly, please take off the aerodynamic and fuel efficiency sticker on your trucks. That is a very obvious lie and weakens your image.

Susana FOn pickup the cargo area was dirty. On return the person in store wouldn't leave the store so I had to go back out to truck and take picture of mileage, then I had to go back out and take picture of gas level because person didn't tell me I needed both. Both on pickup and on return, people in the store had trouble finding my reservation in the system, I reserved truck online.
Ian LIt took 30 minutes to return a same day rental truck because you have no convenient plan B for when your site and app fail to perform. The app kept telling me the six digit confirmation code was in the wrong format so would not allow me access. The website did not offer comprehensive setting guidance for the precise geolocation requirement necessitating 15 minutes, including wait time, for technical support. Even then, I had to send truck photos via gmail to the tech support person so she could upload them into the system because the site still didn’t work. She said I could not have a return confirmation email and that my return would not be processed until the next day and I would have to call the local rental site the next day to confirm the return was processed. Ultimately, the site moved past its mental block and allowed me to engage and return the truck but not for 25 minutes into this ordeal. The rental person could also not access the app so it wasn’t just me. When I rent with Penske, I drop off the truck and am done in a few minutes. This experience was unnecessarily frustrating and while tech will have issues from time to time, your lack of a convenient, customer friendly, plan B for when it fails left me disappointed as a customer.
James MThe only thing is when I picked up the truck I paid cash so I put down a $100 for deposit was told I would be getting it back once I return the truck. Returned the truck on time and was told they will mail me a check. Not good

ashley mTrucks alignment was severely off, tons of moving blankets in back of truck. Rear door cables were removed from door offering no assistance when opening or closing, almost injuring myself. I had to deal with this truck due to my time frame and was promised a truck at 9am and then forced to wait till 230pm to obtain a truck at a further distance then needed. Uhaul corporate did not even try to sweeten the deal for me! Could of discounted mileage due to me having to go to a location that was out of the way!!! I’m usually all about Uhaul but this recent rental makes me think otherwise!

Andrew MI was very unhappy with the fact that I payed a flat rate, then I have to pay for mileage, and then I have to top off your gas! I didn’t like this one bit. So no I won’t be coming back to you guy! And the van was not very clean it smelled very moldy.

Alexander NPretty sure I was overcharged on mileage as the city I drove to is just 9 miles away, plus a little around town. I was charged for 59 miles. The girl that checked me out when I returned the truck was rude, on her phone talking to someone and got snotty with me when I asked her to repeat the explanation of charges. I’ll never rent from this place, or uhaul again!
Debbi CBetween the online check out/return process and your rude location people, I’m never renting from you again. The online process asked for check out miles and gas gauge reading. Both I corrected to match the vehicle accompanied by requested photo. Upon return, the same questions were asked for miles and fuel and another photo. The app said the miles were wrong and so was the fuel and wanted to charge me $40 for fuel and for an additional 39 miles I didn’t drive. The attendant in the store was a rude jerk and told me it was my problem and I didn’t do it right and they would not fix it. I called customer service while in the building and the attendant YELLED at me across the store and said it was my fault not theirs and I was wrong. Customer service was notified and they said to complete the rental on the web page on my phone but to click I disagreed with the charges and it wouldn’t finalize the bill until someone called me to review it. No One called the next day and the incorrect charge posted to my visa. I had to spend 1/2 hour on hold and call again to argue the entire thing again to get it credited. Not worth the hassle and verbal abuse. Rent with Penske instead.

MICHAEL GI dropped off the van and equipment at the drop-off location on April 14th at about 6:45 PM. The drop-off location is a gas station and the clerk, Kelly, was helpful and verified that we were at the right location and took down the information. She was unable, though, to actually do the check-in process on the computer. She informed us that her supervisor, who could do this would be there later that evening and if there were questions he would call. On April 17th we received a bill for another $118 because the van was not recorded as checked in until April 17th, 3 days after we had checked it in. We had to call U-Haul to correct this as again the person with access to the system was not on duty at the gas station. It seems that if U-Haul is going to use gas stations as drop-off and pick-up locations that all employees would be able to perform the tasks necessary. Based on the numerous issues and the inability or unwillingness of supervisors to be able to help address them, I will be hard pressed to use your service in the future or to recommend your services to others.
Charles Jmaybe don't make the final charges 5 times the sticker price you vultures. I'm never using UHaul again and I'm telling everyone I know to do the same, hope your company finally folds.

Stephanie NSecond time renting a truck from here and same great service. The appliance dolly was in great condition and the staff took care of me right away. My only comment would be for this location to add a pick up truck to their line up of rental vans. I would rent from them more often if they had a pick up truck.

jim tNo issues with Pick-up of truck. My issues are with Online Check-in and your Scheduling Department. They Suck. Not everyone has Internet and Data access on their smart phone some of us just use it as a phone and occasional texting which come with the phone plan. Internet access costs additional that is not in my budget. You need to put whomever is in charge of your Roadside Assistance in Charge of your Scheduling Department as Roadside Assistance is Excellent.. I will use you for local if I have the need, but I will NEVER USE U-Haul for a long distance move ever again because of your Reservation System, Scheduling and harassment from your schedulers.

While filling out the paperwork and working directly with the store clerk, the clerk would have me pause, step aside, every time a gas station customer came into the store. The Clerks were not professional. The truck was dirty, and they did not do a pre or post inspection of the truck.

Dale BAt time of pick-up the cashier asked me to confirm estimated mileage we would be driving. I explained we had estimated our trip using google maps and it showed 40 miles. I asked if it really mattered that it was exact, expecting that the estimate would be adjusted at the time of return either up or down depending on the mileage we actually drove. She said she was not sure and thought that if we went over our estimate that U-haul charged $4 per mile over. I then asked about what would happen if we only used 30 of the 40 estimated miles. Won't that be adjusted so we are only charged for what we used? She said she did not think so. I then explained that it seemed crazy I was being told I will be overcharged for miles I did not use and at the same time charge 4 times the cost per mile if I go over an estimate. She did not have an answer which was really frustrating and stressful to not know what would apply, even if I had my own suspicions. They should now about the services they are offering in partnership with a company like U-haul.
Ryan HThis was a gas station with one attendant. Although he was competent there was no time for him to be away from the counter. The reservation system totally sucks. No one advised me there was a change in the pickup location causing lost time and additional miles.
David EFirst of all, I dont i understand why when you make a RESERVATION they can change it. They screwed up my dates and truck size (mind you this was directly.through uhaul not the dealer, they were amazing). Its complete crap. EVERYTIME I've used uhaul it's been a nightmare EVERYTIME. When I tried to call today (mind you I asked for manager). She was extremely rude and horrible tone of voice. She tried to flip it on me and tell me it was my fault? Excuse me, she shouldn't be in customer service. You all need to work on your policies.m for someone who has been a loyal customer I expect some understanding. Bot only was I locked out from the drop off location, but the stupid app isn't even working. Tell me how this is okay? Overall poor experience having booked through uhaul directly via. It's made no difference whether I do a short term or long term reservation. Shit customer service. No apology was offered upfront and that is awful. Your manager should be demoted to cleaning trucks because she obviously cant handle customer service. Next time I will dispute any charges if there is a discrepancy

Somehow your check system didn’t work on the previous renter because I noticed it was slightly lower than full when I pulled away, but didn’t think it worth returning for. I only drive 10 miles total before returning, and had buy over $10 worth of gas to get it back to full.

I had to spend over an hour on the phone with someone who didn't know any answers and had to live chat with someone else while on the phone with me. All just to get my account verified. And when actually picking up the van, it took almost an hour to do the process online between all of the verifications that have to happen.

Tasmine PI called the day before to verify my truck was ready for this morning at 9:30 am, they said yes. This morning I received a call at 8:00 am and said they were over booked and it wouldn’t be available until 2:30. When I showed at 2:30 they said my reservation was for 2:45. Which was not true. Then at 2:45 I went back inside and the worker forgot to call me when it was ready. Would not recommend to anyone, not happy with my first ever use of Uhaul.
