I originally booked my rental from a different location in Poulsbo, WA and not Silverdale WA. They were excellent. My biggest criticism is toward U-Haul corporate. I booked 2 weeks before pick up at a location convenient to me. U'Haul changed the pick up location a few days before requiring me to drive 10 miles extra each way.The resulted in extra time and gas money; the mileage was sufficient for my journey.
