Jim AExtended my drop off time to midnight. When I showed up the lady at the location refused to take the truck and said we don’t take U-Hauls past 9pm. I tried to show her that my reservation time shower midnight and she said I don’t care. Due to this lady I had to drop the U-Haul off at another location causing myself to get charged a major fee.
Trenton LThey were supposed to have a furniture dolly and one was not their, I really need that.
