20' trucks were completely unavailable except in the town we were moving to so in turn we made a 2 way trip when we only wanted one way. It was inconvenient, and a waste of $. Although, the staff was very accommodating.Renee christine S.

Nothing make sure customers know to double check straps when using auto transport. One or the other strap would completely come off every once in a while. If I didn't check them with in the whole trip my car may not have made it.eric I.

I used an online reservation. The confirmation I received was for a Uhaul location in Englewood (WSW of Denver). I went to this location and it turns out that my Uhaul pick up location was switched to a location in Aurora without really making me aware (I understand there were some attempts at contact via phone, but these attempts were mid-day while I was at work and unable to take them, phone communication not being a great method of contact was the reason I reserved online in the first place). I guess I'm just frustrated that I had to drive back and forth across Denver wasting my time because Uhaul didn't communicate the change to me. Outside of a VERY POOR beginning the rest of the process to rent/move was quite plesent.William H.
The problem was, I called 1-800-go-uhaul. They reserved a truck for me at a location, got there to pick up the truck and they said it was already scheduled?? Luckily they were able to get me another truck fairly close. I will be skeptical about using U-haul againMike G.

I order my vehicle from the Buckley location in Aurora, CO on June 27th because of convenience. I was to pick it up on the 8th of July. 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup I get a text telling me I had to go to a much further location to get it. I called to complain and was told that the 26' truck was the most popular and they did not have any more at the Buckley location. I had calculated my distance and mile based on Buckley and I had also calculated the time I needed to pick it up and get it back to meet my moving crew. Being forced to go to a much more distant location to pick up skewed my time and miles and forced me to pay more for distance and made me late to meet my crew. It was not like I ordered my truck the day before. I ordered it in advance in plenty of time to have reserved the right to have a 26' truck awaiting me. I was charged a fuel fee when I returned the vehicle with more fuel than I started with. The vehicle's tank was not full when I got it and I was told that as long as there was over one half tank on return that was ok.john S.
