Vehicle was dirty on the outside and center console / drink holder had candy stick inside..Also, they didn't have an appliance dolly I requested. Said U-Haul doesn't guarantee items, gave me another location that might have one. Unfortunately my tight schedule didn't allow me to shop around other U-Haul locations and drive out of my way.

When I drove my car to pick up the trailer, the two employees with U-Haul said that they needed to be tipped money in order to help me with hooking the U-Haul trailer onto my car. I found out that this was completely incorrect. It was not a good experience.

Uhaul trucks were blocking the parking lot and had nowhere to park the 15' Uhaul truck. Eventually had to park it during drop off on a shoulder against a fence. THE DROP OFF PORTION OF THE UHAUL APP DID NOT WORK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS..... BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL ALL THE WAY AROUND...

17ft truck was very old (165,000+miles) and gas gage did not work well. (6 gals for a 20 mile round trip)
(someone got free gas on me)
Location was great,
U-Haul Equipment need to be better than other rental trucks.
Probably will never use U-Haul again.
