They cancelled my reservation for the 26ft uhaul truck at 2pm the day before and never called to notify me. If I hadn’t checked my reservations that night I would have been screwed the morning of for my move.

Angela RNeed to have enough moving equipment if someone reserves a truck or any other equipment it should be available when arrives or contact the customer instead of renting it out to someone else and they put you with a truck you didn’t need due to you having a 2bedroom apartment as well no moving dollies when you reserve one.

David HOrdered online for car trolly, online said it would fit got to pick up vehicle didn't fit. We took right back and was still charged the full fee even though only had for 15 min.
