The fat ass white lady at the counter was very rude when I returned the truck. I needed to ask a few questions about the items that I rented that wasn’t on the truck and that gas meter was lower than where they indicated on tag. I did include a photo online of accurate gas in truck.

The truck was clean, however it pulled extremely badly to the right. It felt dangerous to drive, which is why I returned it so early. Also I requested a hand truck that wasn’t there, I’m assuming maybe something to do with the pandemic. However, it would have been nice to know because I was moving large pieces of furniture and washers and dryers. Check in was easy enough

I would have preferred to pick up truck closer as there was a uhaul rental across the street from me. I accrued more miles picking up and returning than was necessary. I felt that was not fair and was disappointed.

I’ll never use uhaul again. I reserved a truck online 3 days prior to needing it. Upon arrival the location was closed and I had to call customer service. I waited on hold for 20 mins and was finally told that I had the approval and would receive an email with the lockbox code and location of the keys. I waited 1.5 hours and called back. They told me to log out and log back in so I went back to the uhaul place and loggged out then in again. Still nothing so I called customer service again and they were unable to help so I canceled the order and went to another location that was open. The only truck available was a 10ft so I got that one. Once I arrived home I saw it didn’t have a ramp so I came back to the location to drop it off and they charged me 60.00 for 1.5 hours....never again

The young men inside were rude on the phone with me and when I got to the store.i didn’t even get to open the door and the you g man opened the door and walked half way out and said can I help you before I even walked in the door. I felt rushed and Didn’t even bother to get the rest of my list I had needed. Then he put a dolly in the back so as I’m driving the thing is sliding back and forth he didn’t tie it down or strap it to anything. I will not be returning to this location to use uhaul again the workers are rude and rush you.

The mileage upon rental was recorded incorrectly, which prevented me from completing the self-checkin process. I was therefore charged the $20 after-hours convenience fee due to a mistake made on the rental paperwork by the rental facility. I've emailed customer service asking that the $20 fee be refunded.

I called on 12/6/19 spoke to Kimberly, and reserved a trailer 5x8 for 12/14/19, she took all my info too. When I got there this morning she (Kimberly) said they had no reservation for us. I was very thankful that TG year had one there. Next time I’ll have to call and verify my reservation.

The girl that helped us was very nice. The truck was clean but here is what happened..check engine light came on, trailer tow light was on and tighten gas cap light came on. The worse was when I was refueling the truck, the gas leaked out all over and the girl at office said its possible the line was cut. Really?? Very unsafe to drive and I feel like it was not maintenance properly.

I had to pay extra for gas. I took a picture on my phone before we left the parking lot and filled it up back to that point. Upon returning the truck I was told that I still owed over 1/8th of a tank at nearly $5 a gallon. Should have gone back into the store to get confirmation on the gas level. All in all though they were very nice.
