Upon arriving at the lot to pick up my truck I found the one I had reserved was locked behind a gate. I had to wait another 30 minutes before anyone showed up to retrieve my vehicle. When I got home we realized that they did not provide us with an appliance dolly that we paid for. We were unable to get back to the rental location before they closed.

SCOTT BU-Haul’s rental contract needs to indicate specifically which drop site is required. We had no idea that the location where we dropped the trailer was an unmanned location. We attempted to call U-Haul customer service for assistance but faced a 35 minute wait on Friday night. Not good. We left the trailer which was a mistake. Not a good situation.
