Gary O.And how is that your locations are open is ridiculous and not practical to use subject. The customer so complicated means by using an iPhone to the extent that you have to be a computer expert to know how to navigate and adjust all your settings. It's ridiculous. You don't have customer service at the locations during the busiest time of people renting, which should be over the weekend.
