Since location was not provided - the first location on internet (Live Oak) did not exist. The second location on Gum did not exist. The Trolley Road location cost additional miles and two hours of our time. Since we fueled up prior to first location, you charged us additional $111.93 for fuel and extra miles. At the Lexington pick up location we were allowed 136 miles per truck. At the drop off location they only allowed 116 miles per truck. We had already added $46 of fuel when discovered first two locations didn't exist. Not a good drop off experience. UHaul should provide a destination drop off location!!WYETH B.

Equipment was dirty, inside and out. had to remove aerosol cans and other debris. Equipment handled well. Tire pressure and engine oil change lights illuminated and stayed on. When questioned, was advised that U-Haul maintains vehicles appropriately and do maintain maintenance schedules. No concerns here. Overall, a fair experience. The price is right as well.WINSTON M.

The equipment was clean as far as no trash in the truck. However, with COVID-19 I believe every truck should be disinfected and wiped down on the inside. My truck was not wiped down on the inside.Kennice G.

They were in a hurry to close for the day when I rented truck. The app didn't work to return the truck and uhaul wasn't any help over the phone either. Otherwise truck served its purpose.James F.

I had a 10:00 appointment on Saturday, July 25th. My truck was 45 minutes late. I was told at 9:55 that the truck would be 30 - 60 minutes late. I feel I should be compensated for having to wait 45 minutes on my truck. I ordered my truck 10 days before I needed it. Thanks, LarryLARRY T.

The reps were helping people on the phone who were calling in before taking care of the clients who had been waiting before the store opened to get their rentals and get moving. Either have someone who is dedicated to handling the incoming calls, have the incoming calls hold until those who were waiting before them are served or let the call go to voicemail and return the call ASAP.Michael A.

The on-site registration process was long (15 mins) and I was not told to have my passport or printed lease available. My rental was early in the morning, so no alternate contacts were available for a phone call. I wasn't informed that I would need and of this for verification. Had I known ahead of time, I would have made those arrangements. The rental I received smelled like urine, but the app would not allow me to submit photos and mark the cleanliness unsatisfactory. I had to mark it "clean" just so I could continue with my rental. The rental location was only open 2 days per week, during the pandemic, so no help was available. I may consider renting a U-Haul again, but I will not use the rideshare service again.Aj. C.

The return process was very poor. We had to visit 3 drop off sites. The first location was closed. The second location discontinued rental and drop off business (Uhaul web page must be updated regularly). The third location was not manned we were not comfortable dropping the trailer without had copy documenting our release of liability.joseph S.
Took a long time getting my information in the system, and I was just handed the key and pointed to the vehicle. I wasn't told what to look for or check. Checkin would really suck if you don't have a smart phone with data. The turn in video should be available to watch before you take the vehicle. Give checkout a C, and checkin a D.PHILLIP P.
The fat ass white lady at the counter was very rude when I returned the truck. I needed to ask a few questions about the items that I rented that wasn't on the truck and that gas meter was lower than where they indicated on tag. I did include a photo online of accurate gas in truck.Melva G.
