Shane B.Please be sure U-Haul the company has a drop off that is convenient for the customer when you're doing an out-of-town pick up drop off. I ended up, happened to return my equipment to the same facility. I picked it up which was a huge inconvenience. Due to bridge, tolls, and driving distances.

Linda C.Picked up the 5 x 8 trailer and found out that the lights didn't work. They had no other trailers to take so I personally had to rewire the back lights in order to safely drive it on the road. The employee help me check the lights are they were all working. But when I went around the back of the trailer, I found out that half of them were not.
Jerry C.Rented me an auto transport with flat tire so that when I loaded my car the trailer popped off of my hitch gouging my plastic rear bumper. The response was call uhaul and I said storage place is responsible for tire inflation so will my rental insurance cover my tow vehicle? Well a case is in process with insurance adjuster coming out to assess, stay positive!!!

William E.The vehicle was disgusting. It had mud all over it. The inside was dirty the seats were ripped and torn The driver's door was hard to open and close the clip for the wires. It was broken to the visor kept falling down in front of you. This is the worst U-Haul vehicle I have ever rented in my life was not very happy with it when returned to the facility found out that, reverse light on passenger side did not work and I have been driving around with parking light to burnt out. I took pictures of the vehicle if you would like to see the condition of this vehicle when they gave it to me

Jeff N.Doreen did a great job with this transaction. However, there was a problem with the computer assigning a car car carrior to me. After making at least two phone calls and finally talking to the area manager and over two hours, the transaction was completed. All the information was in the computer except the assignment number. Doreen refreshed her computer twice, to no avail. Again, she did a fine job, the computer didn't.

Jacob K.I knew I'd be going through tolls and no one at this location or by using the 1-800 number could tell me how that would be handled. I am still waiting to hear from Uhaul regarding this and it has been more than a week since we had the rental.
Robert S.Do not change the pick-up location to Hampton Roads the day before! It is an hour away and across tunnel traffic. Also, it is not clear that the location had changed, just a different address popped with the check-in text message. I was not familiar enough with the address to recognize that it changed. Call my attention to it!
