We booked a 15' truck and also a furniture dolly and we didnt get the furniture dolly we had to go to another location and spend more money to rent that. When we got the truck there the fuel gauge was on empty. So that was great. We didn't even get moved out because we had to do extra running around because of the inconveniences. But they were friendly which was the only thing stopping us from walking out.

It was very strange to pick up the moving van in a small restaurant. The staff there seemed confused about me being there to pick up the van. It took a while for them to find someone who knew how to process my pickup and drop off.
