The guy I dealt with was rude when I delivered the car. He backed off when I replied back in the same rude way he treated me

The only thing I didn't like is that after getting my credit card information a charge was put on it right away, I rented a van for a week but fortunately was able to returned it in half the time now I'm waiting for a refund. I think you should take the information right away but only charge the card after the return. I guess wait and see how long the refund takes

The trailer is at the end of its life. The door was very greasy and if you touched it you would get black on you. However everything worked fine

The trailer was clean but the tires were so out of balance that the trailer shook my truck terribly when towing.

First I had a 5x8 Trailer and an appliance cart reserved at another location (Fairway Road in Kitchener, On. Uhaul called and texted me to advise that I needed to pick the trailer up at another location...Singh Wheels and Tires. Turns out they had the trailer but didn't have an appliance cart... so I had to run to Uhaul on Victoria Street to pick up the needed Appliance cart. Once on the road I discovered that the trailer was in bad shape. It was not pulling properly... Either wheels were out of balance or alignment or the wheel bearings were bad...The trailer hoped around and swayed badly my entire journey making it impossible to do the even the speed limit... Not a good equipment experience. I pointed all of this out to SIngh Wheels and Tires when I returned it....I hope they looked after it because this trailer is going to drag somebody into the ditch if a wheel flies off of it...I rent trailers from Uhaul all the time for my business... I use them because of the low tailgate which works well for the Large Photo Copiers that I sell... Service was great but equipment and the run around caused by Uhaul from my first reservation was not acceptable....

Took over 30 minutes just to get the paperwork sorted, then the trailer was missing the tow wire (and I had to drive to another location to get one), then after returning it a day early they decided to try and say that we were 6 days overdue in returning it and scamming us for extra charges. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to a regular U-Haul location.

I booked U Haul online. I entered all my info, name, address, credit card, vehicle details etc. I created a U Haul account. My U Haul account sent me to the wrong address to pick up the U Haul trailer. When I went to the right address they did not have my name on file. It was my booking, my name, my credit card, my U Haul account but it was as though I didn't exist. They did have the name of the person who I had entered as driving the vehicle towing the U Haul trailer, but not me. We had to re enter ALL of the same info that I had previously done online. In fact, the U Haul employee said they needed the contact info for someone other than the driver! It was MY booking, why did he not have MY name on file? So I had to give him my name and phone number AGAIN. This is despite the fact that I had the booking/confirmation number on hand. What was the point of me spending all the time filling out the info and creating a U Haul account if not to have that info on hand? Was it simply so you can track my rentals and send me marketing materials? It was time wasting and disrespectful to say the least. Get your act together.
