I had a fantastic experience with this U-Haul location. After having a trailer reservation with another company canceled the very morning I was supposed to pick it up because they didn't have the equipment available, I was left scrambling at the last minute. Thankfully, I was able to go online and reserve a trailer through U-Haul, and within about 45 minutes, everything was ready for pickup. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff made what could have been a very stressful situation completely painless. The trailer was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, getting me on the road quickly. I was impressed by how smoothly everything was handled, especially given the short notice. This location truly came through when I needed it most. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable equipment and outstanding customer service. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience!

PATTY MI was quoted $109 and it was $234.82. I was also told I’d be refunded $50 if my reserved equipment was given out before I picked it up and it was. I ordered a 15’ and had to get a 20’ that I didn’t want or need. I didn’t receive my refund and paid over $100 extra than I was quoted. Will not be using Uhaul again.

Jason ASoftware should warn if a vehicle will not fit on a trailer! Pick-up truck was about a foot too long to fit on trailer even though it said that it would fit. Spent $$$ for no reason.
