Frances RTruck was difficult to find. When I reached the rear parking there were multiple locations were uhaul trucks were parked and not in the same parking lot. Then my locker was way too high for me to be able to input the code. Then, the instructions to open the lock were unclear. Honestly, a small tutorial video on how to open the lock would go a long way
Namrata GIt was a very disappointing experience. Truck was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Would not rent from this location again.

Ryan CDrop off was a decent location in Vancouver — easy to find. The key drop after hours was extremely unorganized. Was not obvious where it was. 3 other people were trying to drop keys off at the same time and were also confused. I never got a code for the drop slot, so I put my key in the same a lot as one of the other people who had a code.

kian ETerrible experience. Brakes were very worn (very difficult to maintain a stopped position on a hill). The rear sliding door lock did not work and I was unable to secure my belongings during the move. The sliding door did not stay shut while driving; it retracted twice while driving on busy streets and my items nearly fell out. The agent inputted my BC license as “not a local license” to allegedly save time.
Jordan LThis location was poorly signed, had no return instructions or directions and provided no information when I called, after the weekend that I returned it, to confirm that the truck was safely returned to them. It was a convenient location for my move, but I wouldn't use it again, they offered zero service and provided no return confirmation. I am continually checking my credit card to see if any additional charges have be added...

Dilnur KThe truck was unsafe to drive. The right side mirror was broken and swung around whenever I hit a bump in the road. It was extremely dangerous and scary. I asked for a rental reimbursement and they only comped the fuel charge of $20. Very unhappy and disappointed with the service of uhaul.

ARMIN AProvide tie down straps for the dolly rentals with trucks, I had no option to secure it once I had the truck. Provided me a truck with 1/8 of a tank of gas left in it.
MARINA WThe after hours fee was not mentioned during the online budget rental process. Would never chosen the location if it was. I don’t see a fee related to after hours when they just process the everything in the morning. The van was dirty fr the previous renter who left a bag 6 empty water bottles.
Kevin MI only brought the car half an hour late and like you, you reduced the total cost from me three times. This is not fair.
Farzad MCheck your trucks before giving it for the rental. We had a hard time when sales representative forget to give us a passcode for dial lock they put on back door of truck. We realized it when we reached our pickup location and had to return the truck without using it and wasting a lot of time. Such a terrible service.
MARCUS EI rented a truck one Sunday afternoon. UHaul placed a hold on my credit card when I picked up the keys, estimating that I'd need the truck for 30 km of travel. I returned the truck within 4 hours of renting it (and with fewer km driven than expected), and I kept an eye on my banking statement. UHaul ended up charging me for a 3-day rental, and I had to go back and forth with someone before they'd reimburse me. At the end of the interaction, I still hadn't been reimbursed the full 'hold' amount and they stopped replying to me. This is the second time UHaul has overcharged me (different location each time). Safe to say they've lost a customer.
Elissa DVehicle was dirty. Check engine light came on after driving the vehicle for two blocks. The parking lot was small and there was a delivery truck there dropping off packages so I couldn't get out of the parking lot for the first 10 min I had the truck. The fuel level was 1/3 full. If you expect me to return the vehicle at the same fuel level as when I pick it up the tank should be full.

shawn mThe dolly that I reserved was not available, replacement was suggested, but it was not the right one I've booked. The location representative was not very friendly, rather arrogant. He did not provide any invoice or confirmation that it was done. I was charged more than the actual. The U-Haul was ok, the Van was nice new and clean. U-Haul experience was fine, I will definitely use it next time, just not from that location.

Alvera Puhaul was very wet inside. i ordered furniture pads and there were none, which meant I had to both find my towels (which I had already packed) then dirty them in the wet uhaul. this experience also made the time period very tight to return the uhaul

Domenica VLocation forced a CDW on me when I noted I don’t need one online, and never told me they were gonna add it to my reservation. The vehicle fuel gauge is also inaccurate so it made me over fuel the vehicle when returning. I brought this up to the dealer and they shrugged it off. Terrible terrible dishonest business.

Lee HThe person at Skymart asked me to return the equipment before 11 am however they do not open until 11:30. On top of that U-Haul application was not able to find my location. Sat on the phone with customer care for 40 minutes to do online return.

daniele cCrack a smile or even a hello will do! The employee (don’t know his name) should not be working in customer service, so rude. I get it, it’s not the most exciting thing to be doing and it wasn’t personal with just me as there was another customer in front who also had a similar experience. The associate kept scratching himself too which was very odd - would not recommend this location or service at all.
Niall QI declined the optional insurance when I made the reservation online. When I got my copy of the receipt, I had been charged $16 for the optional insurance, which I never chose or agreed to. It must have been added, without my knowledge or agreement, by the person at this location. That is theft in my opinion.

jeffrey dThe individual working at the sky mart today began helping other customers while in the process of checking us in, delaying our departure time despite telling us we would incur a late penalty. When we arrived back at 3pm the door to the sky mart was locked despite being open until 5pm. After 20 minutes of knocking on windows and front and back doors he finally came out and unlocked the door. Further the truck was dirty when we received it and had clearly dragged against a yellow pole while being parked at the location in preparation for us.
Emma HOrdered a furniture dolly but they didn't have one there at pickup. Agreed to the smaller regular dolly, they said it was in the truck but it wasn't. I was only moving one item and the job was a lot harder because of the missing equipment. The truck was nice with no problems. The booking, pick-up and drop-off were all efficient and easy. I did like the service, just a little annoyed about the dolly. I should have double checked that as well.
Hugh KThe location itself is easily accessible and customer service is prompt but the issue arise when I received the truck. It was full of scratches bumps and dents (more then 10) none of them were marked or recorded in the actual check in questionare so I had to spend 15 min documenting and taking photos otherwise I’m sure I would have been charged for some of them. The car was absolutely filthy inside, smelled like cigarette smoke plus it had bunch of household belongings at the back (it was clearly not inspected).
