My 10:00 AM reservation turned into an 11:30 AM departure because the employee with the keys showed up an hour and a half late. When I finally got the truck, it was dirty in the back and had no working handbrake, a massive safety hazard. On top of that, they tacked on a $10 fee for a dolly and furniture pads that I never ordered and never received. Terrible service, unsafe vehicles, and fraudulent charges. Extremely disappointed.
