I had booked a vehicle for a specific time and the representative let me know once I arrived that there were no vehicles available. Luckily, they were able to contact a manager and figure it out. I needed the truck for a move and I was running on a tight schedule, and things ended up being delayed. I'm grateful they managed to figure it out, but I don't think I would use the services again on that location or recommend it to someone.

Tina CEasy pick up and drop off! I fumbled a bit on the details because it was my first time renting but it wasn’t the end of the world. U-Haul fixed my issues over the phone and drop off was smooth sailing by then. I recommend these guys!!
