I was charged for fuel even though I returned the van with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. Cheeky. The van was very dirty and there was garbage in the cab (cannabis, actually). It got the job done, but the surprise on the invoice was unwelcome.

BARRIE BOvercharged by double wtf
MehmetDora CI had booked a vehicle for a specific time and the representative let me know once I arrived that there were no vehicles available. Luckily, they were able to contact a manager and figure it out. I needed the truck for a move and I was running on a tight schedule, and things ended up being delayed. I'm grateful they managed to figure it out, but I don't think I would use the services again on that location or recommend it to someone.
