Vehicle not ready on time and U-Haul did not honor their $50 guarantee. Vehicle was in very poor shape, and the location was closed at the appointed return time (closed early for some reason). Fellow at the counter was friendly enough but borderline useless.

Philip FMy 10:00 AM reservation turned into an 11:30 AM departure because the employee with the keys showed up an hour and a half late. When I finally got the truck, it was dirty in the back and had no working handbrake, a massive safety hazard. On top of that, they tacked on a $10 fee for a dolly and furniture pads that I never ordered and never received. Terrible service, unsafe vehicles, and fraudulent charges. Extremely disappointed.
