The pickup location was okay. But the employee wasn't real efficient. He had to call somebody and walk him through it so it really wasn't his job. He was the mechanic. Was little disappointed because the dolly was not at that location and we had to go to another location to pick up the enclosed box trailer and they had a dolly there. So we just purchased it from there. I was told by the representative that we would not be charged for the dolly but we could pick it up somewhere else and we ended up paying for it so we paid for it twice? So I'm not too sure that it was even taken off the first time and then we paid for it.BARBARA M.
