The truck wasn't clean. The location was available until 815 my rental time started at 800. Noone inspected the vehicle with me the first time and I wasn't invited to be part of inspecting it the second time. Not very good customer service at this location.Robert S.

I had a good experience with the vehicle. The truck was clean and seemed to be new to the fleet.The app was hot garbage. I specifically used the app to minimize contact, but it wouldn't load when it was time to pick up. I tried multiple times to get it to work. Please fix the appMATTHEW G.

I made a reservation in this store, but he said that the system was down and told me to go to another place, but another station has no truck, and went back to the store, but it wasn't ready yet, so I was trying to go to another place, but he contacted me to take the truck key. Staff at the BP station were rude. One man was not wearing a mask and coughing, the other man was obviously intoxicated. The truck was not clean on the inside. I would not recommend this location for a U-Haul truck rental, there are plenty of other places in the Baltimore area to go & rent a truck.MELISSA C.
The clerk lied and said there was no trucks available when it had five setting just doing nothing then he tells me that somebody was coming to pick up one of those he finally gave in and let me rent one of the trucks. Now I'm still waiting on my refund I only spent $43 and some change and you guys a holding $169 and change.leonisha J.
The disappointment was more so with UHAUL in general rather than that particular location. The truckshare 24/7 gives the impression no contact with a rep is needed not the case. Arrived to the site 7:45 proceeded to check in through app. Was surprised when it said (just walk in and show the rep your phone and he will hand you the key) He did not. Said I had to wait until 8am when uhaul opens. Came back at 8. Then he said "I had to wait till the other guy gets here. He doesnt know how to do that" I then called UHAUL waiting on hold for 5+ mins. "other guy" arrived at 8:07 looked at my phone and gave me my keys. Please make sure they train that young man so that something as simple as handing a key over he can.Jack S.

This place was a mess. Trucks not clean. Service was horrible and slow. I ordered a 15 ft truck. Then I got a call saying they didn't have one. Then they booked me a 10ft truck but I had to wait an hour. Then, then 10 ft truck was not there. There was a 15 ft truck there after all. It took 45 minutes to get it set in the computer and change the order. Then the truck has no gas and I had to fill it. Blankets were wet and muddy. Not an impressive experience at all.Andrew A.

This place was awful and this was the worst truck I've ever gotten from Uhaul. I needed a truck so I took it but I really shouldn't have. The gas was almost empty, the door had visible gaps in them, the horn didn't work, the passenger seat belt didn't work, there were holes on the top from another accident and the place was filthy. There is absolutely no quality control here. Go to another location.Joseph R.

I set this up as a Corporate reservation and did the express check in and was still asked for my license multiple times and a credit card multiple times even after I informed them numerous times it was a corporate account. I was also asked after I brought the van back to go back out to the van to write the mileage down as opposed to them getting the mileage.Edward H.

The cargo area was full of mud and smelled like manure. I spent about a half-hour cleaning it just to make it usable and it still smelled horrible the whole day. When I mentioned this to the rep on return, they simply smiled and laughed it off. I believe that at the very least there should have been a discount for having to clean someone else's mess.Shlomo R.
I don't understand why on the side of the van said $19.95 the insurance $25.00 and the total bill was over $71.00. I had the vehicle less than 2 hours and I replaced the gas and I went less than 15 miles. I will never use your company again.Delema J.

Have people there on time so that utilizing the U-Haul app is an actual time-saving benefit. Having someone there to conduct the simple transaction of giving a key happened in a timely manner, this would have been a STELLAR experience because the app is GREAT!! I'll will give it another try...James C.
The person handling the UHAUL was very unprofessional. He never gave me much direction on how to look for crutches and dents...and I did not receive any paperwork in case I got pulled over From the police. I spoke to him about the check engine light being on before I pulled off and he brushed it off...not showing any concern. I bought back the truck and he said I went over the milage...I tried to dispute it by calling customer service and was not helped...the operator took my complaint and said someone would return my call and I have yet to get a call back...I use UHaul when I need to move stuff and I also refer people to this company but right now I am very disappointed and your reputation is tainted. I would not refer anyone or use your company with this behavior of u professionalism...furthermore, this location really should not have access to broadcast your name because that man is a snake and evil...and again your reputation is on the line! I would like for someone to look into my case if possible about me being over the milage...Thank you!Nicole T.

Clean the trucks!!! Broken side mirror on top of the dash. i moved the mirror to the floor. while wiping/cleaning the top of the dash, i pricked my finger with a piece of broken glass. I sprayed and cleaned the seat, driver door, steering wheel, dash area, cup holders, and floor of the driver side, in order to try to drive and work . thank YOU. I'm sorryRAMON A.

My experience was horrible . After making a online reservation, I was met with confusion when it was time to pick up the rental. I was initially overcharged $130 for nothing other than someone's bad judgment. Overall the rental process at this location was terrible & the refund process created such an inconvenience for me because I shouldn't have to wait for money of mine that shouldn't have been charged !bajah J.
The location is very convenient but the service is really poor. We just wanted to add a driver to the contract when we picked it up and it became a very complicated thing. While trying to do that our reservation expired and we had to make a new one. Then they gave us a different truck. Then they told us that we had to have the truck back by midnight (roughly 5 hours) even though they were going to charge us for 24 hours. However, my dealings with UHAUL HQ were all excellent.Jane W.

When we got to the location to pick up our uhaul (a little after 7 AM), the door was locked. I knocked on the door and a guy opened it and said we had to wait until 8. When I pushed back and said the reservation was 7 he told me to do it online, which was fine. When I finished the online part I went back to the door and it was locked again. When he finally answered he allowed me to come in to get my key. The entire store stank of marijuana. We got the keys and left. About an hour later I got a call from another person working the store saying the guy forgot to get my ID and credit card info. I gave him the card number. When we returned the van the same guy from the morning was there and gave us a hard time because we said something to the guy who called about our experience. He then tried to get me to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper. I refused since I already gave it to the other guy (which in retrospect I should not have done because we did it all online!). The whole thing was a really negative and unprofessional experience.Arielle S.
The van I rented had trash in it, a cigarette burn in the driver's seat, and the parking brake release handle was almost off. The vehicle drove fine and I was able to accomplish what I needed to, but the equipment could have been in better shape.Ruth P.

1. Truck reported an oil change was required. 2. Software and app situation is poor. I put in all of my data three times, including driver's license. I followed all prompts. Then when I got inside the clerk is giving me a hard time saying, "you didn't finish the app." So, although my reservation was in the right place at the right time (which is good), my timing was delayed by repetition, and the clerk gave me crap about my failing to use your online system successfully--which I think is actually on your company.Nathan R.
As others have mentioned, the attendant inside the gas station is an unpleasant individual. He lacks common courtesy. Fortunately, you only need to get the key from him, and return it to him later. The truck was clean in the cab and in the storage container. Tips: 1. Be careful when you complete your rental agreement online. UHaul takes every opportunity to add on charges when you make the reservation, and again when you pick up the truck. 2. Don't bother uploading your license in advance, as you will have to do so again anyway at pick-up time. 3. Check both the gas gauge and odometer. If you don't agree with what UHaul says it is, you have an opportunity to upload a photo of the correct reading. 4. UHaul says you don't need to wait in line for gas station customers. So don't. Especially when returning the key. Just be courteous to those who are waiting in line.Jeremy G.

The person you have to deal with to get the truck is probably the most unfriendly person I've ever dealt with. He's borderline rude. The truck was awfully dirty. The inside of the cab and the loading part were filthy.Opal W.

There is a parking lot adjacent to the gas station. I parked my car there so I could use the rental van. When I got back, my car was blocked in by other cars. There was no sign on the signpost by my parking spot. There was 1 small sign at the end of the lot that said no parking, but it is about 1/3 the size of a regular sign. There was no business name or anything to identify it as a separate lot. The cashier at the uhaul return was helpful by providing the name of the company. I am not blaming uhaul or anyone except me. It is just very bad for customers to get trapped at your location. While it is not your fault, you can do something to remedy the problem for other people by putting up signs All in all, this made, what was a great experience, into a horrible experience. The online or app pickup and return process is very thorough and seems very secure but there's no DropBox. I would have felt better leaving my key in a secure dropbox rather then with the gas station attendant since he wasn't involved with my online return process and I don't have written verification that he recieved my keyHoward G.
