Tire pressure was low, check engine light and some trailer shape light was on. Definitely not maintained well which is surprising and disappointing because there's a mechanic shop attached to the location. Sketchy workers. Really doubt if I will ever use U-haul again. If I do I will never be returning to this location. I work for an agency where we place over 100 people in housing per year and utilize U-haul but after today I will be advising our CEO to look elsewhere

Verify that the drop off location has space for the incoming vehicle. Had to to wait about 20 minutes for a space to park the truck and complete the transaction.

Have straps/tie downs for the Trucks was told the were out with other truck. Regular hand trucks weren't available only appliance hand cart available . Had to go to a room thru auto shop felt uncomfortable as a women

We ended up having to fill the tank of the truck when returning, which means we had to put in MORE Ava’s than what we had when we originally got it. We had photos and everything. Never recommended this location or Uhaul ever again. I’ve been screwed over.

When my husband picked up the truck he was told to park in the spot the truck was in. That’s what he did and 3 hours later when he brought the truck back an employee at the gas station was looking in his windows of my husband’s vehicle and on the phone with a tow company arranging to have my husband’s vehicle towed. The man was rather rude telling my husband his vehicle was there all day and he isn’t supposed to park there. We had the rental for 4 hours but only used 3 hours, had he arrived a few minutes later and his vehicle was towed there would have been serious problems. We won’t use this company again out of fear of having our vehicles towed.

To top off the morning's disappointing different location, I was then told I couldn't drop off the truck at the location that was very close to my new home. Instead, I had to drive ANOTHER 30 MINUTES!!! Who is going to pay for that cab ride? THEN UHAUL CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA MILES because I had to drive the truck TO A NEW LOCATION. Needless to say, this gives me extreme reservation about using Uhaul again (even though I used them 3 times this summer).

This was the worst renting experience I've ever had in the 20 some years renting any type of equipment. I reserved a cargo van and when I went to pick it up the person was on the phone the entire time I was trying to rent the van. While waiting he was taking other customers for other transactions. When he finished he gave me my key said here's the mileage and if you come after 8 pm park the van right outside take a picture of the gas gauge and mileage which I thought was weird something I've never had to do before. I said I still need the appliance dolly I reserved and he said are you sure I said yes. He finally found one and left it at the door and said there you are. He didn't show me how to use it unlike uhaul employees have in the past. Lucky I knew how to use it. The straps were not wound up they were just thrown on the dolly. Once I checked the van there was trash still in the van and not swept which I know you get a credit if you complete this task after finishing. I took pictures of the damage on the van and when I returned to show him he just waved me off. I also asked how to turn on the radio and he said it may not work. I finally figured it out. I used the van and returned after 8pm. After waiting in line I returned the van and while returning the guy said move over so I can take them. After the Second person I said can you finish with me please. I showed him the picture of the mileage showing 6156 and on a little piece of paper he wrote something and only because he took someone else I saw he wrote 6176. I said no it's 6156 he yeah yeah I'll take 10 off. I said no it's 20 off when he said let me see it again whe I showed him closer. He finally was finishing my transaction and he your done I said I need a receipt he it's in your email. I asked for receipt because I make to make sure you put in the correct information. No you don't need one and when I pressed him he said the printer is broken. I tried to wait for me email but it wasn't until I got home did I see it for the $51.69. This morning I see in my bank account I'm being charge $118.80 and still the $1.00 charge. I would like to speak someone about this before I have my bank disput this entire charge. Awful. First he asks me to take a photo of my mileage in the truck. What if I don't have a phone? All he had to do was go out there and see the mileage. And then it takes him twenty minutes to find my information. THEN he asks me to go behind the counter because he can't find something and it was very scary. I never want to go to this BP for anything ever again
