I along with 5 other rentals found out the system was down at the one location. The manager REFUSED to attempt to handle the transactions manually. He said he was too busy, though no other customers were there except for rentals. After about an hour the system finally came back up. POOR customer service attitude! Why would I go back there. Also heard complaints about reserving on-line and truck not being at station. This is unacceptable when customers change their schedule to move things. Uhaul needs to consider there processes!

The last rental user did not sweep out the truck. There was broken glass and coins inside the truck. But the truck performed very well for my usage.

They over charged me for the mileage and they added insurance on to my bill. The U-Haul rental is less than 2 miles away and I moved less than 1 mile from my old apartment

Trucks should be provided with a full tank of gas. The customer should not have to guess as to how much gas to put in the tank or end up putting in too much or risk running out.

Let customers know the reservation will b4 cancelled if you're late. Make people aware that there is no overnight hold over the weekends. Also that weekend millage is at a higher rate. Finally my receipt shows a different amount than what was debited from my bank account. I need this matter addressed and taken care of immediately I can be contacted at 443-639-3662. This is my first U-haul experince and it was awful. The pickup site told me some very wrong information that was very costly to me because I wasn't informed before taking off in my rental. I was told a series of events must take place in order for me to make sure I'm on the right track when renting a u-haul. After the Clerk explained to me that what must be done and explained to me wasn't done at all. This was my first time renting a U-haul. What wasn't made aware was that the U-haul doesn't come with "all day rental". Meaning I just can't drive back and forth to get whatever I'm hauling. I have a set amount of miles that I must abide by from point A to point B and then to drop off location. So I was charged with additional fees on top of what I was already paying which broke the bank.

something most have been wrong with the fuel gauge. we travel about 30 miles to our location and back. We had to put $30 of gas in that tank. So are you saying that your tanks use a gallon of gas per mile. (443-509-7500) Lynnette

Truck was not cleaned out when I got it. Gas tank was not full when I got it. I had to clean truck and fill the tank after. No discounts given even though I gassed up for my use as well as previous customer, and I cleaned up for myself and previous customer.

Upon arriving at the location the actual initial attempt to reserve started well. When it was found that there was a prior issue that had to be cleared with U Haul to rent in which the store owner had to complete the payment/ purchase in store, he became very rude and annoyed and mentioned several times that the he would not complete the order to rent the U Haul because he had other things to do and was busy. At the time, no one was in the store as a customer. After all was completed and the rental was purchased, I noticed there were broken items throughout the truck (*handles, sun visor, etc.). The worst of the rental was that the tires were so bald and the truck was in need of maintenance so bad that during our move of a small amount of furniture we were unable to drive the vehicle back down a driveway because it lacked the power to do so. In additional, as we finally proceeded to the end of the driveway where there was a small dip prior to entering onto the road, the truck would not go. The tires would only spin and not move. Luckily, I have some really great neighbors who were able to assist me in getting the truck over the dip to drive it back to the location in which I rented. This was not a pleasant experience at all.

The clerk was very courteous and proficient. He was renting Uhauls... helping customers on the phone and checking out customers in the gas station. I had a better experience here than at a Uhaul only facility. I would highly recommend this location to friends.

After doing tge self drop off, the manager instructed the Gas Station Assistant not to accept the key from me. Meanwhile, there was no uhau key drop off for tge key. The uhaul assitant told me to return the truck to Delaware where i picked it, he said the space available are for their own trucks. I spent over an hour here and i missed flight to California. This is the worst uhaul experience i ever had, this franchise should be suspended and a refund to me will be justified. Thanks and i hope to read from you sorting this bad treatment by your employees, have a nice holiday and God bless you.
