Not a good environment and the brakes were very very loud may need to be serviced other than that the truck was clean and drove very well
JOHN BOvercharged for gas, when I put in MORE than was left with, truck had check engine light on, not notified beforehand.
MOSHE WTruck was very old and noisy, and driver door didnt close tight. Updated features such as electronically controlled mirrors, backup camera, and better maintained/newer vehicles, would be very worthwhile improvements.

Dontia CI had many issues with the U-Haul app the day before making the reservation, when picking it up and returning it. App got frozen so many times, I think it has problems but it can be improved for a better customer experience, out of 10 ill give you a 6 due tl that. Thanks and I hope this helps to get better and get more bussiness from the customers.
Josue RThe men behind the counter gave me a hard time when coming in to get the keys for the vehicle. One refused to give the keys until I produced my drivers license for him to take a photo of it on his personal cell phone. I had already done my mobile check in and informed him of that and he stated it was policy. When I called U-Haul, they reached out to them but they did not answer the phone. They then sent a RANDOM MAN out to my car with the key to the vehicle. I will never rent my U-Haul from this location and will warn everyone else not to as well.

BOKHODIR AI have never been more humiliated in my life. The gas station attendant refused to assist me with handing over the key even after speaking to you guys and telling him to do so. He just kept saying they were closed and he had no idea what to do. I begged:urged him to call the store manager and figure it out. He argue with me for almost 30 minutes before finally calling the store Manager. He didn’t do so until several customers sided with me and refused service until he finished helping me. One he called the the manager he handed me the key which was right in front of him. I mention to him that was prob the key. I was late for event to breakdown a party and stressed to the max I’m so bothered by this situation. I pray no one has to experience what I went thru. I was scared that i would be stranded since I was dropped off it was late and that was my transportation. Please remove this gas station or setup a lock box what I went thru was unacceptable I’m sure the entire ordeal was recorded on there cameras I almost want to hire lawyer to subpoena those records I feel every bit of the entire ordeal was based on the color of my skin and very racist situation.
DEANNA HReceived broken equipment. Charged $300.00 more than the phone quote. Was told by Tracie that reservations for trucks and equipment aren’t guaranteed. Sent to other locations for other reserved items and they still didn’t have all.

JAIME RUHAUL changed our pick up location, and than when we were late to the 2nd location, rented our reserved truck and sent us to a 3rd location. We were suppose to start moving at 9:30 AM and didn't start moving until after noon. We returned the truck at 11 PM and we were not able to get gas. The is not a location issue, this is an issue with UHAUL scheduling. Very poor.

STACY WI am not happy my pick up location was moved further than my desired one and then I got charged for extra mileage above 30 miles which I would not have been charged if I got my desired pick up location
George MThe customer service was trash. I stood there and waited for someone to wait on me for over 20 minutes while they were talking to each other when I finally did get the key to the truck. It was the wrong key. I gave it a zero I will never return.

Patrick MGreetings my 1st reservation was unacceptable at the northern parkway location . How do u assugn a vehicle thats tagged maintenance. Then i couldn’t get another vehicle because they couldnt find thevkrts . Thr inly other vehicle had gasoline spilled in the back if the van . So i went to Slade ave bp they provided a van with short notice however vehicle was filthy and marks on the outside

Thomas MProvide the customer with more clear guidance regarding the vehicle return requirement. This facility has fuel pumps in front of their building, but never mentioned that vehicle needed to fuel back up. Otherwise, I would have fuel the vehicle instead of getting fuel charges of $57.50 for driving 46 miles in addition to the $.99 per mile charges. The vehicle was not well maintained. The check engine and trailer hitch lights were on. The vehicle could also had been cleaner. It had some trash and bit dirty on the main cabin.
alexander jOur drop off location was changed after we already arrived to our drop off site, and the woman with U-Haul that I spoke to was rude and pretty much told me too bad and to drive to the new location. Plus I was charged for the extra miles because of U-Haul’s mistake. The man at the drop off never spoke a word to me, just took the key back and just stared at me,

Robert BThe apps location finder wouldn't work, so I had to go in and speak to the attendant. He was less than thrilled and almost combative in trying to work through the issue. The vehicle was dirty and had a comb in the console. The vehicle had scrapes all across the roof and scrapes across the sides. Dirty interior and just overall unpleasant experience overall mainly because of the hostile attendant. This person should not be a representative of the UHAUL brand.
Clayton BThe check engine light came on and the transmission started malfunctioning. The truck would not switch gears. U had to pull over on the side of the road. I thought I was going to be stranded. The truck would not go in reverse. There was no furniture pads in the truck. Ask the cashier. Who turned around and gave me dirty furniture blankets. Very disappointed in this U-Haul rental.

Lavar BThe cost of renting this vehicle far exceeded the cost of $19.95 per day when I had the vehicle for 2 days and drove less than 15 miles. I was charged $22.11 on the day I returned the vehicle. Prior to that I was charged $38.82 and $66.64 on the day I rented the vehicle, A grand total of $127.62.
