This location was not my first choice. The last two times I have booked for pickup in Pipestone MN and both times they have cancelled on me at the last minute. Why do they even say they rent Uhaul?

I requested a dolley with a 5x8 trailer, they didn't have a dolley and didn't even realize they were supposed to have it in the trailer upon pick up. Moreover, the outside of the trailer had dried sludge almost halfway up the sides. Granted, this was due to severe flooding in the area, but that was several weeks before the trailer was even reserved online. The inside smelled horrendously musty, and there was black mold on the wood panels on the inside of the truck. We sprayed the entire inside down 3 times with disinfectant before loading furniture into it. Because of our tight schedule, we didn't have much choice but to do this while we traveled with it empty. You can improve for the next customer by inspecting your fleet for cleanliness, and double checking the orders submitted by customers upon reservation of your equipment.

Rental was a last minute decision so dealer had no notice to prep trailer. The good thing is I was able to get it. Hold time to get the trailer number confirmed was 42 min. Time to get the trailer, 15min. While on hole the recording kept asking how they could improve the process. Dealer mentioned their calls are not answered any faster.

They told us we were a day early!. We really did not want to drive around with a trailer attached to our vehicle for another day. Who would want to do that?, There was a horrible storm in Superior, WI and the weather was better where we were going, so we opted to leave sooner to get out of the bad weather. Thank you!

The local uhaul dealer was great. Regional uhaul/corprotat not so much. I was charged extra fees, did not get the equipme t i orginally reserved. When returning i called the regional (out of Fargo Nd) the lady was rude.

Moving stuff from storage in town. Stopped by and Mike was at a funeral. The attendant took my # & info. Mike called back in less than 5 minutes. Met him at the office, walked out with key in about ten minutes. I then went home to park my car and walk back to get the truck. Mike happened to be on his way to Marshall and stopped and gave me a ride. Saving me more time and effort! Really really appreciate the help. Friendly, courteous went out of his way to help! THANKS MIKE! and thanks U-Haul..

Update their equipment so they are using 21st century technology. Seriously, the computer they are using and the router is too old to be compatible with current standards.

Worst moving experience ever and I'll never come back to your company again. The problem wasn't the location, it was having to drive an hour and a half to get there, not having the equipment I asked for, and getting charged $465 more then what originally had been agreed on. Then after the 2 day drive (1200 miles) the amount of gas was randomly changes on the paperwork and then I was charged $89 for late fees and the refuel. The company is a joke and should change management in my opinion.

The quote I was given was $175 less than what I was charged and I was charged for insurance I did not want on the dolly.
