Our move was a complete nightmare! We were ready to go and load up the car only to discover the front right strap had been cut and basically we didn’t have one to secure the front right wheel of my car. This was an out of state move, so we had to wait 4+ hrs for a man to come install a new strap. Then 39 miles down the highway, the left tail light literally fell off of the trailer!!! We had to go to 4 different places in the middle of the night to try to find a way to secure it back up to continue on our trip. All in all our trip was delayed by almost 8 hours due to a trailer in terrible disrepair! I will never rent another trailer from Uhaul again after this horrific experience.

Ordered dolly, no dolly!! Used the app for pickup for the first time and not as easy as it should be. I did manage to check it out though. I would recommend to a friend but would let them know our experience.
