Staff is super helpful and even noticed that the reservation was changed by corporate from a van to a 10 foot truck and called me to verify that was my choice. It was not and I was glad they caught it and I was able to get the van that I wanted. They are slightly farther than the other location I was using, but their service is worth it!Erica S.

The Confirmation sent me to the wrong U Haul address. I asked the customer service representative were the trucks cleaned and disinfected, she assured me, yes it was. That was the dirtiest U Haul that I have ever rented. I do not think I will be paying over $100 again to rent one of your trucks. Because of COVID your company should clean inside the truck and where people store their belongings.ANDREA M.

trash your policy agreement, its not right to charge us customer 3x the rent price for a simple mistake of dropping the equipment on different location due to my health condition, avoiding possible accident......... if you'll take a look on the customer situation that day, you should give a little consideration, instead of helping uhaul charge me more than 3x, all i can say is may god bless youEDZELSON T.

3 of 4 tires were worn on the truck. Communication is not great. Tried contacting the office to extend for another day. I got a hold of "customer service" twice but they do not handle extensions. First call I was on hold for a very long time but if the call dropped, I should still get a call back. Second time I was told I would get a call back. I received no call, so continued with my move. Received a voicemail the following morning stating there was a reservation for the truck and it needed to be returned. I called the office. I was able to keep the truck for an extended time. It was explained that there was a family emergency and that the office had to close. This mix-up could have been prevented by office coverage or with an online reservation system, the ability to change reservation.Presie V.

i called for a 10ft.truck and got a van. I've been renting uhauls 50 years & never had a problem. they referred me to 3 different places by text after I booked by my house. the van had chocolate lookg syrup spilled in it. Disgusting.PEGGY S.
I will never go back to this location and need someone to contact me immediately. I was charged for renting the truck for two days. I rented April 17 and returned April 17th. I finally get charged a month later and I'm over charged. Unbelievable poor customer service. They know I didn't have that truck two days I returned after hours Saturday and went in Sunday morning to get our phone we left in the truck out. That's when the manager said she was having computer problems and couldn't close the contract out but not to worry. I had no idea that meant she would rip us off a month later.HILLARY N.

I originally ordered a 36 foot truck which was available at the time I ordered it. But uhaul whichever me to a further location like 28 miles further from my home. So I had to take a way smaller truck. Which required me to make multiple trips. I drove a 100 mile just in town and I had to keep it a extra day was well. This trip cost me way more then it should have. Not happy at all!JAMES N.
