ERNESTINA BDrove 14 miles on a truck didn't leave the truck on when parked and then I got charged for 3 gallons missing? What does the truck get less than 5 miles per gallon? Trash.
ELI BNothing. This location and employees were the best Uhaul experience I've ever had.

Michael AThe trailer I rented was in good condition and pulled very smoothly. It had a punch at the front of the trailer that would have been fine but it rained on part of my trip. I put some tape over it after I noticed it leaked a little. Nothing was damaged a couple moving blankets got wet but no big deal. Thank You U Haul.
PAUL AThere was only one handicap parking space available at the location and management left a U-haul rental van parked there without a placard or disabled plate. I let the front office person know a disabled customer may need the space but they didn’t appear to care or think they should move the van since it was still there when we left the location after returning our truck. To only have one disabled parking spot and block it with rental equipment is very disrespectful to their disabled customers. Parking is very limited at this location and there are only two parking spaces close to the front office, one being the handicap space. The non-handicap space wasn’t even occupied so there was no excuse to block the handicap spot.

Wayne PThe box had quite a bit of debris left from the last user. There were broken pieces of white plastic all over. I had to clean it better than I received it to avoid a charge, despite my uses being very clean. Otherwise, truck and customer service were great.

Therefore, making it a huge waste of my time. The trailer, in that case, was useless. I requested a refund through the branch

BJ BWe made/paid for a UHaul Trailer 9/23/23 for an 8 AM pickup on 9/24/23 at UHaul at N Texas Fairfield, CA. The website stated AVAILABLE and guaranteed pickup for that time and day. I arrived at 8 am and was told it wasn't available -- I had to go to Vacaviile to get get the trailer. The trailer was there but NOT the pre ordered rental furniture Pads. So then I was told I had to go to a 3rd UHaul location to get the pads. This unacceptable situation caused inconvenience not only to myself but also the 2 individuals, waiting to help with my furniture pickup.. So we were then an hour late arriving at our destination. - which was also inconvenient to the seller who was then late for another appointment . Terrible experience with UHaul- not reliable. Robert HHad a little trouble pinpointing your exact entrance. You’re set back just far enough from the street that I was hesitant to enter in case I was unable to turn around to get back out. A more prominent sign at the driveway (that says uhaul definitely would have helped me)

Valisa LCHelsea at the front was INCREDIBLE! Truck was very clean. My issue was with the truck maintenance. We were no more than five miles into our journey and the ABS light came on and stayed on for our entire trek. The brakes were also not only VERY LOUD, but would brake LITERALLY on their own when I took my foot off the accelerator. VERY JERKY and quite uncomfortable. I was also a bit worried that the brakes would either fail at some point in our journey from Vacaville to Chico and back or would activate so suddenly that it would cause bodily injury. I almost called Uhaul up in Chico because I was worried for our safety.
Jouli JThe truck only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. I only put 3 miles on the truck. Picked up at a little after 5 dropped it back at storage unit before 7pm.

april yI was charged $74 for the rental on Saturday, which is what I expected. Then I see another charge for $148 on Tuesday. I called and the lady at the desk cant explain it says to call U Haul????? Service?????
