I went to pick up at 4 pm and person said I should have been there at 10 am. I showed my reservation she was going to argue I said this is my booking I need it. Said it would be 15 min. Got truck at 5 and she insisted I have back by 4 pm next day. I was told on phone I could return anytime after 6 pm next day cause they were closed. That day tried to call to say it would be after 4 pm. Was on hold for over 30 min then disconnected and this happened 3x! When I returned truck and checked in online said put keys in drop box. There wasn't one! Tried to call again and disconnected, tried online chat, said 8 min, 20 min later logged out. Took keys home and brought back next morning at 730 and guy at counter was confused and didn't know what I was saying. I put keys in counter and said for that truck *pointed* and left. Nobody new what the heck to do. The boss is never there and he's the only one who has access. It was not a great experience for me. They gave the wrong size truck initially until I proved I ordered a larger one. Then on line it said my rental would be 59.95 and I ended up paying 152.00?.? Over double? So no I was not happy or impressed with my experience at all!Carla H.

Took 1.5 hours to get my reserved truck, the only person who knew how to do rental at location was not there and was working remotely. He could not confirm my reservation we had to call uhaul reservation line . When I finally got the rental it was completely empty of fuel and I had to fuel before I even left location. The yellow engine light was on. I was paying 2 employees by the hour and that extra 1.5 hours cost me $120.00 . We rent vehicles from uhaul 2-3 times a month regularly and was very disappointed in service in this instance. Attendant at store was very nice and the store was well maintained and very clean, but not having someone on location made this transaction very frustrating and having to do 3 way phone call with location owner , uhaul reservation, and myself was beyond frustrating. We will continue renting in the future from uhaul as we are normally very satisfied with everything.rayleen B.
Employees need to be trained properly. Wasted over an hour on the checkin and checkout process. Had booked a dolly and blankets but they were not provided.Steve H.

When I received the unit it was on E and I paid cash up front when I returned the truck the lady was so rude and standing waiting well she told me to step aside so she could serve other customers than want me to call someone else made me very upset I put 20 dollars in the truck because had no gas went 16 kp. I will never return or advise anyone to use it.Lisa F.

Nobody helped us. We went into the station and the attendant just told us to take the trailer without signing anything or coming to help us connect the trailer. The next day we received several phone calls asking if we took it, asking why we didn't come in, asking about payment.Mark B.
