Mo was outstanding communication… Uhaul them selves are ridiculous! They charged me 25$ fir a cleaning fee for as the vehicle was cleaned which I actually took pictures of. apparently you can’t leave any type of dirt. Zero. Mo agreed that uhaul should not have charged me and was able to recover the funds So just be careful and take pictures before and after.
BRADLEY PWhen I reserved the truck, I reserved for a 930 pickup at another location. It was changed to this location which had the 26' foot truck on hand. I get there at 930 and the place didnt open until 1000, the only person working there didnt show up u til 1020 so I wasted an hour just waiting to get the vehicle. When I returned at 1:50, the same thing, he had a note saying he'd be back at 2pm. He finally showed up at almost 2:20. This was not the experience I expected at all and wpuld not recommend this location.
Ryan LBecause we rent trucks so infrequently, it's preferred to interact with actual, living human being. Doing the process on line was tedious and time consuming. If we can't walk up to a counter next time, we'll look for a different company. The truck was clean but it drove like the tires were square. It was the bumpiest drive ever. All our belongings arrived in tact, though a a few nuts came off some screws. Get some round tires, or shocks or springs on that vehicle. Overall, a SUPER-disappointing experience.
Richard SEasy pick up and drop off on Sundays when business is closed. Highly recommend to anybody that needs a quick pick up on moving day.
John RRented 2 trucks on 2 different days in a week. Both were super clean, well maintained and the mobile pick up and drop off was very convenient and easy! I Recommend to rent from this location. 5 Stars.

MOJU SThis rating is only for the gentleman at Smart Wash who helped me not U-Haul, thank goodness he opened early! I would never recommend U-Haul after having to deal with their incompetence. Original pickup was 730am, didn’t get a truck until 923am and yes I had a reservation.

Amy SThere was only one (friendly and knowledgeable) checkout employee at a busy time of day. He was able to multitask and help more than one customer at a time (those simply picking up packages), rather than making them wait. I was told to go to the back of the building, find the trailer I was renting and attach it to my vehicle and return to the front of the store to complete the necessary paperwork. Without a helpful co-pilot I would not been able to hook up the trailer alone.

EDWARD CThe equipment I reserved wasn't available. The rental location office wasn't open at the time advertised. The UHaul app to self-check in was slow and cumbersome. The rental vehicles were parked so close together I was unable to take good photos of the vehicle condition as required to check-in. That's the last time I'll go to this place.

AHMED OWe arrived at Smart Wash LLC to turn in our truck at 4:00 PM on the day we agreed to turn it in. We found a Post-It note on the door that read, "We're Closed". The hours showed that it was supposed to be open until 6:00 PM.. We locked the truck and put the key in the key drop. The next day, we found that we were charged for an extra day of truck use AND an "After Hours Service Fee". This is really poor behavior on the part of a U-Haul franchise. I immediately filed a complaint and it appears that I may get a refund.
RICHARD PThe guy that checked me in was awesome. Friendly, efficient and told me everything I needed to know. I've been to some U-haul pick-ups and drop-offs that have been....umm...sketchy. Definitely would recommend!
Mark KThe furniture blankets I purchased in my reservation were never included inside the truck at the time of pick up. I was told to go to a different location which would’ve cost me more miles and gas. Unacceptable.

PAMELA SCab smelled like cigarettes, there was a cigarette butt under the drivers seat and a Fanta bottle filled with cigarette butts in the back of the truck. Otherwise drove okay.
Ryan FFirst, I filled out and paid for the trailer online and when I arrived had to go through the payment process again. What a waste of time. second, I asked for a pickup at one location and was moved to a new location twice and when I arrived they tried to get me to take a trailer larger than requested. They finally relented and gave me the a trailer one size larger than requested. The next trailer up that they tried to give me was a dual axel and heavier and larger than required for my move. I own a trailer that size and opted to rent from U-Haul because I wanted a smaller trailer for moving a small item. Finally, I needed a printed receipt and I failed to receive one at either the pick up or drop off location. I was told at the drop off that it was impossible for them to print one. How is that even possible? My experience was frustrating and lacked a satisfactory conclusion. While it seemed streamlined the process was fraught with time consuming glitches and a frustrated and disappointed customer in the end.
CHARLES NLocation was fine. The issue was with the mobile app. It took me 1.5 hours of messing around on the app to get the truck and it was a complete nightmare. Fix your application.

ANGELE VThere was so much to do when we got there. This would have been better to let everyone know that when using the self-service method, there is 15 to 20 minutes of time needed to complete the necessary requirements. I will not lie...it sucked, and please note, not all phones have cameras....
