The guy that checked me in was awesome. Friendly, efficient and told me everything I needed to know. I've been to some U-haul pick-ups and drop-offs that have been....umm...sketchy. Definitely would recommend!

The furniture blankets I purchased in my reservation were never included inside the truck at the time of pick up. I was told to go to a different location which would’ve cost me more miles and gas. Unacceptable.

WILLIAM LI don't know about the employees as we dropped off on a Sunday, but I do know the app did NOT work for self service drop off!!
PAMELA SCab smelled like cigarettes, there was a cigarette butt under the drivers seat and a Fanta bottle filled with cigarette butts in the back of the truck. Otherwise drove okay.
