Personal items got wet since the top rear left leaked during rain storm, reported issue to drop off site.

Dan SI showed up at my pickup time 4:00pm and was told the trailer isn’t available, “it may be here after 4:30”. At 4:35 I received a call that the trailer was available but that I must be there by 5:00. There was an extra charge that was added and when I asked about it, it took a long time to get it removed. After I hooked up the trailer I had to have them take a picture of it. The trailer leaks, rain entered into the trailer damaging some items that I had in the trailer.
