I forgot the younger man's name who helped me (Mo?) but he was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. This is the best U-haul location I have been to.

Better Wi-Fi
EDMUND BIt was so easy to rent and pick the truck up. This was the first time I had to rent a truck and it was easier than expected.
Jenni KThe driver's side taillight was dim and not functioning at full illumination, which puts the driver at risk and others driving behind the truck. Please inspect the functionality of all aspects of the trucks. I did notify the location that I dropped off that there was an issue with the light.
Brian PThe location for pick up was changed the night before which was fine but it was 20 minutes away so then I got charged for extra miles at the turn in when it was not my fault I had to drive the extra miles. Everything else was good.
