The owner was over 20 minutes late to open up and at least five people were waiting. That was frustrating. Everything else was fine.

Paul BSuper nice staff at the pickup location, but they opened the office 30 minutes LATE, and no explanation or apology. 30 minutes late- PLUS he warned me the day before that they would be busy on Saturday. Again, super nice, but 30 minutes late and zero explanation. Unacceptable. Nice or not. Sorry about that, but true.
