Car Dolly trailered nice and was clean and intact. The only issue was it had a non-working taillight. Also, there was no license plate on the dolly as stated by the person i contacted to verify if i needed a plate to attach to the car i was hauling.

WILEY CThe attendant checking me in was friendly and helpful. I needed an adaptor to connect to my vehicle's brake lights and he was able to quickly guide me to the correct part, which he had in the store. He provided instructions at pickup, helped with my connecting to the trailer, and I was quickly on my way.
JOHN GFix the attitude of the employees. The morning employee was very nice and helpful. When returning the U-Haul that afternoon and asking for them to come inspect it, the key was taken out of my hand and thrown on the counter. The employee looked and my and said “no I don’t need to inspect it, if not right you will get an email”. When renting the truck, the truck was dirty with food crumbs everywhere. Will have better experience somewhere else.

Alexander SU-Haul has a major problem and you know it. There is obviously no real vetting of a franchise. People that don’t speak English people that sell drugs in the building places in the worst sections of town you name it.

JEREMY GWas charged a $25 dollar cleaning fee.... I have pictures of vehicle in its return condition taken at the return facility..... other wise would be fine. But fees like there are a deal breaker for me.... if you charge a "cleaning" fee... jut put it in the advertised price.
ROBERT AI had an emergency move & I was able to find a van at this location. I went to two other locations & they didn’t have van. I was explained the terms of bringing it back to the same location.

DIANE FEasier pull out and back in spaces for large trucks. Mirrors were folded in to back into tight spaces. Not a comfortable 1 person driving method.
TIMOTHY LI didn't use all the miles I requested, and after the three day period I was informed it would take, have yet to receive the difference in price refunded back. I think uhaul as a company should check to ensure ALL its vendors are entering the correct information into the final receipt, as well as, ensuring the money due back to customers is in fact refunded because if a customer has to pay uhaul any overages the site do ensure they get their money.
RUSSELL RI left my comforter set and a brand new push broom in the back of the truck. I only live 10mins from the location. I was calling to let them know I left those items and I would come get them. They never answered the phone after repeated calls. When I got to the location, the items were no longer in the truck. I went inside and spoke with the worker. He gave me the comforter set but they stole my brand new broom. They have lost a customer. If you look back, I rent from them all of the time. They’ve lost a customer.

TINA HSelf pick up video doesn’t match the website, I had a hard time finding the “next steps”. Gas station employee was extremely rude- I was asking him to help me and since I reserved it online he was dismissive and walked away from me.

Vernetta DGood location, terrible service. I arrived at my scheduled time, only to be told I did not have a truck assigned. Had to wait 45 minutes on the phone before finally getting my truck and keys. Got to my destination and discovered I did not have the appliance dolly I had requested, which made moving the washer and dryer loads of fun. This experience with Uhaul was a nightmare, and this location did nothing to help.

I clean up everything out before returning the car. Scam business by this branch location. POOR communication. Not going there anymore. PERIOD.
Kotchanun JI RESERVED A TRUCK IN BOONE, N.C. AND WAS APPROVED AND WAS SENT A TEXT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL THE DAY BEFORE MY PICKUP TO CONFIRM. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL SO I CALLED THE DAY TO PICKUP AND WAS TOLD THE TRUCK WAS NOT AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO GET ONE IN ANOTHER TOWN AND DRIVE OVER 100 MILES TO THE LOCATION FROM MY HOMETOWN.
MIKE GCharged me for cleaning fee but it has to be charged to the previous driver. Location did not check the vehicle properly after the previous driver dropped. I got charged for someone else.

Jessica LEverything was great. The truck was clean and the maintenance of the vehicle seemed to be better. Great location to rent a truck. The store manager was awesome to deal with. Very fast in and out on checkout. Looking forward to renting again when needed.
Danny SMake sure equipment actually ends up on the truck. I was missing the furniture dolly I paid for. Also, when you call the 1800 helpline make sure they put their name or employee id somewhere. The second person that helped was frustrated that she couldn’t ask the other person a question because they hadn’t put any notes in and had no choice but to charge me an extra $40 because of that. Both were very friendly and supportive.
Ariana WI had problems with my credit card and the clerk was very patient and helped resolve the problem and then helped me hook the equipment up. I absolutely recommend this location. Great customer service
