The U-haul was closed. However, the Exxon staff was helpful in suggesting the drop location. URGENT: The autotransport could not be extended high enough to lift off the hitch. Fortunately, we located bricks to assist in the process.

Jason P.The truck was muddy, driver's side, tires. Windshield was dirty, but I was able to use washer so I could see. The cargo park had some sort of stains all over floor. I was trying to get sofas moved before it rain, so I took truck anyway. Hopefully it will get a cleaning before next rental.
