That clerk at that store is horrible and very rude and shouldn’t be in business with U-Haul! It was a constant battle between him and customer service! I was due to pick up at 4pm and didn’t get the truck until a little before 6 if not 6! I tried to be polite a patient until i asked him a question because i had never used the locker system an he kept cutting me off until i cursed his ass out! I don’t know if it was a racial thing which I felt like it was but my money is just as good as everyone else and I refuse to be disrespectful or discriminated by anybody
SCHWANNA LMe dieron un furgon con la transmission mala y casi 1/4 de tanque no me lo entregaron full; y luego me cobran 60 $ de combustible por andar solo 20 millas , no los recomiendo para nada . Malo el servicio
