The truck had what sounded like an exhaust leak. Transmission shifting into reverse was very jerky. Their was a metal plate in the floor of the back of the truck that was not secure properly creating a spot that would catch the hand truck and dolly wheels and a trip hazard, I actually tripped and fell with a heavy cabinet on a hand truck.

JOY HThe only drawbacks was I had ordered an appliance dolly but there were none available from the U-Haul location I picked up at. The Rep said he has not seen any in any returned in any drop offs in month. A recommendation would be to note availability of items such as appliance dolly at a pick up sight so that so that can choose a U-Haul location that has them available. Second item light in the cargo area of the truck was not working. I informed the U-Haul rep at drop off. Hopefully it gets fixed. I was unloading in the dark last night. The light would have been greatly appreciated. Other than those two things, the truck was great.

Phyllis RThe customer service was very poor in this location and the person was even behaving very rudely, and also he treated me saying he will call the cops if I ask for receipt, I would never ever go rent a truck front u-haul again if this continues. I retake the key from him and returned the truck online by going to the app. I will never ever recommend to anyone u-haul again.

Grant MStaff at station is unethical. My rental was turned in early. The rental was supposed to be adjusted to the time that I used the truck. Instead the station billed me for a longer timeframe.
GLENN GTire was flat and needed repair. They shoul’ve checked it before renting it to someone. No one did a walkthrough before handing the keys.

TRACY BCar Dolly trailered nice and was clean and intact. The only issue was it had a non-working taillight. Also, there was no license plate on the dolly as stated by the person i contacted to verify if i needed a plate to attach to the car i was hauling.

WILEY CThe attendant checking me in was friendly and helpful. I needed an adaptor to connect to my vehicle's brake lights and he was able to quickly guide me to the correct part, which he had in the store. He provided instructions at pickup, helped with my connecting to the trailer, and I was quickly on my way.
JOHN GFix the attitude of the employees. The morning employee was very nice and helpful. When returning the U-Haul that afternoon and asking for them to come inspect it, the key was taken out of my hand and thrown on the counter. The employee looked and my and said “no I don’t need to inspect it, if not right you will get an email”. When renting the truck, the truck was dirty with food crumbs everywhere. Will have better experience somewhere else.
JASMINE PThe cab had stains and sticky residue everywhere. Then I get charged $25.00 for cleaning…seems wholly unfair to me when I received a dirty truck.
Alexander SU-Haul has a major problem and you know it. There is obviously no real vetting of a franchise. People that don’t speak English people that sell drugs in the building places in the worst sections of town you name it.

JEREMY GWas charged a $25 dollar cleaning fee.... I have pictures of vehicle in its return condition taken at the return facility..... other wise would be fine. But fees like there are a deal breaker for me.... if you charge a "cleaning" fee... jut put it in the advertised price.
ROBERT AI had an emergency move & I was able to find a van at this location. I went to two other locations & they didn’t have van. I was explained the terms of bringing it back to the same location.
