Despite asking for a furniture dolly and carpeting for the van, the location did not provide me with any. While I was reimbursed, I was very annoyed that no one called or notified me regarding this problem and gave me sufficient time to pick up replacements myself. I also was frustrated that no one was willing to demonstrate any of the truck features or teach me anything about driving it.
Sarah TI asked specifically if the appliance dolly I paid for was on the truck and was told yes. Guess I should have checked. It was a regular one that comes with the truck. I did not notice it until I had driven the 20 miles to the location we were loading. I then did a chat with a representative and got kicked off and the $15.00 charge was still on there. The location did not seem to know what they were doing and was more worried bout their personal phone call.
