Be a bit more understanding if I’m running late to my appt to pick up. Maybe call me if the clerk sees I’m late as well. There was a slight mix up with the pick up time due to traffic. Upon telling the gentleman I drove 5 hours (from Philadelphia suburbs to northwest NY), he continued to tell me how he could have rented it to someone else. Outside of that, he knew what he was doing and got me on my way within 20 min.

John EDespite asking for a furniture dolly and carpeting for the van, the location did not provide me with any. While I was reimbursed, I was very annoyed that no one called or notified me regarding this problem and gave me sufficient time to pick up replacements myself. I also was frustrated that no one was willing to demonstrate any of the truck features or teach me anything about driving it.
Sarah TI asked specifically if the appliance dolly I paid for was on the truck and was told yes. Guess I should have checked. It was a regular one that comes with the truck. I did not notice it until I had driven the 20 miles to the location we were loading. I then did a chat with a representative and got kicked off and the $15.00 charge was still on there. The location did not seem to know what they were doing and was more worried bout their personal phone call.
