When I arrived at U-Haul No one knew anything about the rental and I had to wait for over an hour to pick up the truck. Then fuel was stated as 5/8 full when it was actually a little under a half tank full. I was told one price with my Military discount then was charged a higher price later, that is not very good business. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Clinton Mo. then called and told to go to Calhoun Mo. to get truck. When and if I ever need another truck, I think I will shop around.
