Absolutely awful experience. Had trouble getting the U-Haul because the man wasn’t aware of what was going on so we got the truck almost a half hour late. Was over charged for returning it late which didn’t happen. I was 5 minutes early and was told to put key in drop off box which I did. Luckily I took a picture before I left of the back of the truck so I had proof of what time it was returned. I was over charged for 4 hours and 8 minutes. Wasn’t even reimbursed for the miles I didn’t use. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody.i now believe I may have been charged for other things I shouldn’t of been charged for

Ac did not work in the truck. Was not informed prior to pickup, but informed they knew after I dropped it off. Was about 95 degrees, and inside the truck a good 115+. Convent, clean location, friendly staff, not up to par truck.

Pickup and drop off were seamless and easy. The AC in the truck was very slow to cool, and I wish it had a rear camera and Bluetooth to connect gps on a screen…but I know these trucks are old and not fancy. For short trips it’s fine, but if I had a longer drive I would happily pay extra for a truck with those features.

The truck was clean and full of gas . The man I dealt with for my rental was professional and friendly . Will use this location and / or refer others in the future .
