This was awful. The truck was ran down and not in the best shape. The air in the truck did not work. The dashboard did not work. The speedometer was out. You could not see how much gas was in there is any. The truck was acting like it wanted to give out of gas when i picked it up. Went and put 25 dollars in there because I could not tell if it really was gas like they said. Once you hit a certain speed the truck jerks. It started raining and i tried to turn on the windshield washers that only work on the fast cycle and I had to be driving with no air and the windows up which were fogging so i had to pull over and wait for the rain to stop so i can crack the windows. Was not a great experience. I will never rent from this location again.

This is the second time I've rented from this location, and once again, the experience was problematic. During my first rental, they couldn't find the van key, didn't offer me an alternative vehicle, and I had to drive 15 minutes to another location. This time, the check-in process was smooth, but they forgot to complete the checkout, resulting in a charge for an extra day. I had to call the customer service number to resolve this. The staff seems unfamiliar with U-Haul's processes, even needing assistance for reservations that I'd already made online. I'm disappointed and will not be renting from this location again. If this site cannot handle U-Haul's operations properly, it shouldn't offer them at all.

You have to improve the app and the website. I tried to return the truck several times until 45 min later I was able to do it. Also with the pick up. The app doesn’t work properly

Clean vehicles and make sure there is gas in the vehicle. Worst experience I have had with uhaul. I rented a moving van last week a one way to Atlanta and it was slightly dirty but nothing to this extent. Poor location.

The U-Haul had roaches in it and the blinker was not functioning. Also, the paperwork indicated 1/4 of a tank while it was actually closer to an eighth. I returned after only having it an hour and going 4 miles. It was at that point I realized that it had roaches. I took it back and asked fir a refund and was told I had to call U-Haul. I called and was told it has been escalated to a regional manager. As of now, 3/3 at 11:19 PM I have not been refunded or contacted by a manager. This has been an awful experience

Truck was dirty and had cockroaches in the back it had rice and guts from a cigar I only used the vehicle to go to work at Walmart because my car is getting repaired

These people have no idea what they are doing! They never gave me a truck and the guy couldnt even find my RES. But he definitely charged my card ......$183.71 Be aware !!!!

The truck had no gas in it and U-Haul was supposed to reverse the payment, I just got a receipt they ended up charging me anyways and 10 customer service representatives kept putting me on hold and sending me to another line to talk to someone else that couldn’t help

Very slow check out process. Was supposed to be able to scan with my phone without going into store, however their truck was missing this. I was then given a van instead of The 15 foot truck like i ordered, making me do multiple trips for my loads to haul because the van filled up quickly. Requesting my money back asap please

Tire pressure was low, there was no furniture dolly as requested but was still charged for it, and I had to pay for a truck when I requested a van. I havent heard back about my receipt dispute. Overall very poor experience.

All the service was terrible The truck terrible, out of gas, dirty. They charge me 2 days of rent for 6 hours of rent and extra miles. No recommended this location
