I won't rent from this location again, I rent uhauls frequently and I will from now on bring uhauls from Tyler their customer service is a lot more friendly and they don't make it so inconvenient feeling. I will now bring uhauls from Tyler to do our jobs in carthage. The guy at this locations personality was to high strung and annoyed. I couldn't even take my pictures of the truck to submit, he just got in it pulled it forward and told me what was already wrong with it and sent me on my way.

I was initially charged $113.00 rental charge and when my friend (the driver) showed up to pick up the truck, I was charged a $116.00 rental charge. Also, you made the driver, the customer. I was the customer, not him. And we had made plans to pick up the truck at Foley's, but they sent my driver to Pot O Gold to pick up the truck which was out of the way.
