When renting our u-haul we had not been informed about it being a private company. We moved from Oklahoma to Arkansas and when getting ready to return we then realized we have to drive it 5 hours back to the original location. But after all that the owners were very friendly and helpful when picking up the truck and this is a good place for in town moving.
