Add in a light check to the pre-trip inspection, started the trip with my wife informing me the right turn signal and brake light didn’t work, so she followed me the whole trip to be my lights!

Nothing fancy but friendly helpful personnel. Much nicer experience than pick up location.
David DWhen renting our u-haul we had not been informed about it being a private company. We moved from Oklahoma to Arkansas and when getting ready to return we then realized we have to drive it 5 hours back to the original location. But after all that the owners were very friendly and helpful when picking up the truck and this is a good place for in town moving.
