Remove the dolly and blankets if the customer checks no thanks as they were in the way. Was tripping over them when loading and it made it hard to maneuver around them.
Billie JRented truck for two days but had extra help unloading so I was going to return same day. Took forever to find so I decided to wait until morning and call to make sure I could drop off after hours. No one ever answered phone or returned my messages. I went ahead and dropped off when I got off work and the app and geolocation would not work.
Elizabeth MAdd in a light check to the pre-trip inspection, started the trip with my wife informing me the right turn signal and brake light didn’t work, so she followed me the whole trip to be my lights!

David DWhen renting our u-haul we had not been informed about it being a private company. We moved from Oklahoma to Arkansas and when getting ready to return we then realized we have to drive it 5 hours back to the original location. But after all that the owners were very friendly and helpful when picking up the truck and this is a good place for in town moving.
