My previous rental from the same location was done in person. My recent rental was on a Sunday. I did it through the mobile app. The requested pics of the vehicle would not download but I too pics on my own. I couldn’t report the mileage because there was an Engine oil change due soon was on the dash where the mileage usually is. The tank was 1/2 full and I returned it 1/2 full. When I used contact us, my representative Sue was very accommodating, she connected me with roadside assistance, I waited on hold for a long time after being transferred and then was disconnected. I had to go through the whole process again and spoke with Bella. Her advice was to speak with the storage place that rented me the uhaul. It was a Sunday so that wasn’t an option. Two very different experiences.

Tracy AU-Haul app has too many glitches. Would not let me download photos to site. When I returned vehicle it would not process that I returned it. However I did get a confirmation that vehicle was returned and keys left in drop box.

Richard HThe gentleman at the office was awesome. Very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. I did have a difficulty with the link, uploading the photos, but have them on my phone. Should they be required. Not sure if it was the link or I was just doing something wrong. The van was in good condition and road beautifully with no problems. The site was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.
