The Non U-Haul Corp location had me stand in front of his C store and he (Bobby) brought the vehicle around from the back, jumped the concert stop and the curb and came within inches of hitting the subway sandwich shop next door. Wish I had known to film the event. I asked for a different truck and Bobby refused. Told me there is no leaking fluids. Truck will be fine. Which is was but had no peace of mind while driving if the truck would die on the side of I 35. Had requested two dolly's but he could not give me more that one. Cab had a rough odor and the bed of the truck had not been swept out. The Professional where to show up at 8:00am. They kept telling me they where on their way. They showed up 65 minutes late. I cancelled their ticket via your toll free number ten minutes earlier. Told me they where coming for a earlier job. Both where dressed to work but in clean clothes. Very upset that I had canceled. Finally, I received a text to rate then but the link does not work and I guess I am out of my refundable $5.95 handling fee for reviewing them. Would never use a non Corporate U-Haul location again if I choose to use U-Haul in the future.

Truck was not swept out, pulled to the left on highway and middle seat belt receiver was shattered. Location was very very fresh with rentals.
