Aside from the initial confusion over the drop off and uncertainty over whether or not our contract had actually been completed, the personnel were friendly and helpful and the location was easy to find and navigate. The issue was that there was no tangible proof I had dropped off the trailer because 1) I was told there was nothing to print because U-haul had emailed the final document and 2) that email took over 24 hours to be delivered. So the issue is really with U-haul corporate, not this individual site.

Not lie to the customer
Owner was not present during working hours. Her father was there and friendly, however did not know anything about the business. I left the truck with 1/4 tank of gas like I picked it up, yet was later charged $51 for fuel. I called the drop off office several times, left a message, and have yet to hear back from them. Unacceptable. This was a self move for my retirement from the Marine Corps and I'm unable to fully close my travel claim due to this error.
We had a very negative experience with reservation guy named Julián who had a Abilene phone # my previous reservation #85983592. He was very rude from the beginning. It would take way to long to type out this horrible experience. We would like a call on either 8179325923 or 8174560875 both numbers are tied up with this complaint. The U-Haul rep was not at the location, and the dish representative that also works in the same building was telling me I could just drop the keys in the Dropbox or go to another location.
I absolutely loved the guy who helped us there! Didn't remember his name, but he definitely has great customer service skills.
More training for the people left to do the job on the weekend, thank goodness for the young man that saved the lady and myself! It was not her fault that her training had not left her with a good understanding of the questions being asked by your program.

There was some confusion on the time of the rental to be returned which was resolved. I would recommend this business.
When I arrived to pick up the trailer, it was parked tong pointed in, it took some doings to get it positioned to hook up. The drop off location was closed, I called U-Haul and a person said I had to access uhaul.com to do a afterhours drop off, I was not able to do that, I called back and got a nice lady, Jackie, she said she would take care of all and told me to go ahead a drop the trailer and take pictures.
The staff was not helpful. And seemed to know very little when I asked questions.
Prices was to much for a short rental and I will never use uhaul again
I arrived on Christmas and left the trailer at location by using the drop off app on my cell phone. I found the app easy to use and understand. I followed up with the dealer to confirm receipt of drop off and they indicated that all was as it should be. I received a receipt of deal completion. I was extremely sattisfied.
