Pickup location was totally covered in kudzu. Had to walk through 2ft deep kudzu and mud just to get to the truck. There isn't even a clear path to the porch of the shack where the keys are. Uhaul changed my pickup location the night before my pickup date even though I reserved the truck 3 weeks ahead of time. Made me have to find a ride to go on a hr round trip just to pick it up. All in all this was a terrible experience from start to finish. When I dropped off the truck the lady in the drop off location was rude as can be as well.
