Snyder Tire Inc is the best. Highly recommend them for your uhaul rentals. Used them multiple times local and one way they always helped me above and beyond the norm. KUDOS!

Front desk lady was a bitch, for coffee cups and cardboard in the cup holders and wouldn't let me use the locations dumpster to throw it away cause clearly she's never moved 200 plus miles in her life. Threaten to charge $119 for extra mileage, after I pulled a trailer for uhaul and was offered free mileage as a courtesy. I'm a nice guy but don't approach me at 830 am in a condescending tone after doing u ocation a favor by bringing u trailer, paying for gas out of my own pocket, then deny me a dumpster to fix a problem I neglected. It didn't have to be that serious.

Carley BullockI thought doing the pick up n drop off would be easy from my phone, but it was such a hassle, I ended up going into the rental place for help n inside it was still a long wait, I don't know what the problem is but I wasted an hour just trying to get the process done! Also whatever the people prior to me using the truck left bunch of crumbs all over floor in cab area , I took pictures cuz I didn't want to be blamed for the mess.

John HnatishionThe only issue I had was I was told there was a half a tank of gas in it and there wasn't. Drive from Snyder tires to Ahners Furniture and realized I had a quarter of a tank. Had to stop and put gas in it already. That was my only issue.

Timothy ZuberNo body was at the location at time of drop off so there fore really can not commit on the facility. Now Uhaul over all sucked. At the third gas up while on the road notice that the right front tire was cupping after I get a bad vibration, and the left rear outside tire had worn bald. Uhaul came out and replaced both tires. About 88 miles from our destination, which was only about 450 miles since tires were replaced, the left inside tire blew. Got to our destination safely, call uhaul and they came and got the uhaul and took it to the shop and replaced all four rear tires. Now we are about 1000 miles from our final destination and the freaking check engine light comes on and now we are paying way more for gas than the previous 1000 miles. Then when we tried to get ahold of them to see if we could get reimbursed for the time that we lost and almost killing us for not getting this truck serviced before we left, They put me on hold or when we gave a call back number they would say 20-30 min wait and then not get call for 2-3 hours when we were either sleeping or trying to unpack. Then when I called back I was cut off after being on hold for 20-30 min. Yes I am not happy with UHaul next time I will go with Penske, or Buget.

Leo FochtmanThere was so much going on with my daughters move prior to and on 3/5/22 that I didn't realize I had to go online when I dropped off the rental truck. I returned the rental truck and keys at 11:00 on Sunday 3/6/22 and rushed back to my daughters apartment. It wasn't until I returned home that night and read my emails that I saw I had to go online and take a picture or something when I dropped the truck off. Well at that point I panicked because I was home and wanted to let someone know that I did in fact drop the truck off. I typed a message and tried to do a live chat twice on 3/8 and I waited for someone to assist. Both times I tried to reach someone via live chat I received messages that said I was offline so I couldn't connect with anyone (I took a screen shot of my live chat message). I thought that might be easier as no one was open on Sunday to actually speak to. Then I saw that I was charged an extra day that I didn't return the vehicle until Monday 3/7/22 at 8a.m. which is not accurate.

And the drop off is just as hard it's a pain in the ass. An nobody picks up the phone at nite. Need to change the way people pick n drop.

CRAIG TERPSTRAErin went over and above for me. I arrived Friday May 28, 2021 at 1:15 pm. I was to pick up the 10 foot truck. Apparently someone rented it online the night before and picked it up at 8am. Erin told them it was reserved for 1:30 and they stated they would have it back by noon. I sat in the shop until 2:30pm waiting, and finally Erin said she would take me home and come back Saturday at 1:30pm so I could get the truck. I felt terrible as it was a holiday weekend. She totally came through for me on Saturday, and I was able to make the move I needed to make.

We were missing a hand truck, furniture pads and received a call 1 hr before we were scheduled to pick up the truck at a completely different location then we reserved it for. The u-haul itself wasn't clean inside the cab and the truck needed windshield washer fluid as well as 2 quarts of oil. When I expressed my issues with the pick up site they told me to contact the 800 number. Overall terrible customer service
