NOGIVENNAME TI rented a van on 3/22/25 at 2:30pm and returned it that same day at 5:30pm. The vehicle was not checked in by U-haul untill about 3/27/25. between 3/22 and 3/27, I attempted to call the facility numerous times (no one answered the phone) and even had to call the regional offices ( they could not get the location to pick up the phone either) and release the funds back to me on my debit card. Please make sure this location does a better job communicating with its customers. Thanks

ZENOBIA WI was charged 90 dollars for this van when I drove less than 25 miles and used the van strictly to pick up a tv. The young lady didn’t check the van in upon arrival which was at sometime around 1 o’clock. Very disappointed in this location
MELVIN MVehicle was double booked on my arrival and took nearly an hour until I was the one picked to get the vehicle. When I got it it had a bag of some type of ginger treats and someone's metal water bottle in it so it wasn't cleaned out 100% if it was. I then started it and noticed it had barely a sliver of gasoline in it, which normally wouldn't have been as big a deal if it wasn't for movers waiting on me due to the U-Haul trip double booking issue taking a long time to rectify. People on site were nice but this was still situation I dealt with

BYRON PAs it was last time I setup the appointment to be ready at the time I paid for and everyone was an hour late. Had appt for 9am and got truck after 10 am Had to cancel my dr appointment that day because of it. The gentleman gave ne an extra 24h with truck but I've never needed it longer than a day anyway. I would have been happier with partial refund.

SAMUEL HSystem is always down. My reservation was for 7am couldnt get the rental truck until 8:30am. Inconvenienced!!!!! but still have to pay. Tacky!

lynne rThis location needs a working phone number, more employees and longer operation hours. Also my drivers wasn’t readily returned when I gave it to the attendant neither did he call me to tell me I left it, my husband had to pick it up later.
Brenda IGas was said to be at half a tank before I rented it. When I got in the vehicle it was below a quarter of a tank. I then had to return the vehicle with a half a tank because no one was there for me to explain what happened. Not the end of the world, but annoying nonetheless.
ryan gThis was my first time renting a U-Haul from this location. We needed a rental fast to move items from storage. Many trucks were available and the agent was very friendly and explained everything throughly. I will definitely rent from here again in the future and recommend to others. Antonia Thomas

ERIC PHave a live person available to help you on the spot. It took too long to figure out the website and then call the number. The first person I was talking to basically hung up midway through helping me and I need to call back and I also need to call to get help when I was dropping off the vehicle as well.
