I rented a van on 3/22/25 at 2:30pm and returned it that same day at 5:30pm. The vehicle was not checked in by U-haul untill about 3/27/25. between 3/22 and 3/27, I attempted to call the facility numerous times (no one answered the phone) and even had to call the regional offices ( they could not get the location to pick up the phone either) and release the funds back to me on my debit card. Please make sure this location does a better job communicating with its customers. Thanks
