Luis MThe pickup took a long time due to system errors and I kept getting errors and was unable to upload before pictures. Then at drop off there was no space to park the vehicle. Additionally it started raining while we had the truck, we turned on the windshield wipers and immediately one of them flew off making ot very unsafe for us to use the vehicle.

John SI can't say enough about my U-Haul experience we came in picked up our truck from the absolutely beautiful facility the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful I had an opportunity to pick up the cleanest U-Haul truck that I think I've ever picked up in 42nd years of moving to Had failed inspection. We all really had our truck in moving date so we had to push our movers and I'm moving date 24 hours. Because that movement date was pushed 24 hours pass our original movement date we had to deal with rearranging our schedules including the U-Haul and the movers the U-Haul team was incredibly accommodating and we literally could not have done it without them.
