wrong fuel amounts on paper and actual in truck is different. wrong amounts on receipt. call several time to fix that. no one answer the phone as well
Priyantha MJust an absolute shit show. Wasted over an hour there due to their unpreparedness. Made my long moving day even longer, with minimal regard from the employees.
Darrell BLocation was very inconvenient due to construction. Had to pick up the truck through the app because it was closed in Sundays. The app was glitch, could nit access reservation. I was however, saved by a lovely representative, Marco, who walked me through the steps with great patience.
TRACY CThe front cab very clean - we had to sweep out the back before we could use it. Service and attentiveness of staff booking and picking up was excellent (drop off after hours)
ELIZABETH BI asked to pick up the truck in Waterloo and this was confirmed. Then the day before you told me I would be picking up the truck in Guelph which is a 30 minute drive away. Then you charged me for extra millage. This is not a comment on the pick up location but on U-Haul in general.
Arlene RThe dolly we ordered was not included, we would've liked a heads up if this was not available so that we could arrange another dolly. It was also a bit hard to find the u-haul pick up area. otherwise we had a good experience :)
Abigail C1-when reserving a truck at a location make sure it is there and not call the day before to send to another location and time for pick up. 2-when it is reserved for 218.00 then it comes to return it the bill is 274.00 plus gas not nice!
James CWe came after closing so did not meet any personnel or see inside the building. The parking lot is a small lot shared with many other businesses and many of the parking spots are reserved for those businesses. Finding a parking space was very hard and then navigating the uhaul into the small space was difficult.

Michael FWas slightly frusturated with having the wrong vehicle not the one I asled for. Online booking or webpage was broken. Come to find out its now a 185$ hold, had no idea. Was told the gas was at a certain place and it wasnt I did take pictures. Also mid driving I told the lady, the door beeps and tells me doors open but Ive shut it hard multiple times.
Shannon JU Haul we had was dirty upon pickup, food was left in the cup holders and on the ground. During mobile drop off, the app crashed several times, and our reservation would not show when using the website on the browser. The associate we were using Live Chat with left the conversation without helping. I would not recommend mobile rental with U Haul to anyone.
MARC PVery easy transaction. Van was clean and instructions were easy to follow. Attendant answered all my questions and was very professional.
shona sVery disappointed in the service of this location this is the second time renting off this location first time the store was closed for the owner to get her dog groomed. This past time she was very rude and arrogant, I rent uhuals almost on the daily and I am very disappointed in this location

Patrick BNext time, tell the customer that the 10' truck uses miles/h on the dashboard. The km/h is there, but the numbers are small and faint. At first, we didn't realize that the large numbers are miles. Without Google map speed detection, we might have gone too fast.
Ada CMy helper banged their head on a metal bolt(?), and it was fairly painful. If someone could put a rubber stopper on it, that would be helpful. It was right over the back door in the middle, but more on the passenger side. The people very nice, it's just the access to the office after returning the truck was confusing because my son picked the van up and I returned it.
Lisa FI dropped vehicle off after hours so can not comment on the facility. Staff was friendly when I advised them of the vehicle condition and my poor experience with the pickup location
PAULM CU-Haul is renting uninspected death traps. Within 20 minutes of being on the road the steering went, then the brakes, then the tire blew, these things don’t just suddenly go. Fortunately this happened when we were going slowly turning a corner, otherwise it could have been an absolute catastrophe. Clearly no inspections or maintenance are done on these vehicles. Sat 2.5 hours on side of road with small children, 2 small dogs and hired moving hands for them to send a tire guy to change tire, calibre basically fell off when he removed tire, so he could confirm that it wasn’t drivable. Sat for another 2 hours waiting for a tow truck. Another hour to new location. Moving isn’t stressful enough without all this crap, what should have been a 2.5 hour move turned into a 8 - 9 hour move. And having to pay 4 times the amount to the people we hired to help lift things as we are seniors. Still waiting to hear back from someone at U-Haul to make this right. Don’t walk, run the other way from this company
Debra FIt was a last minute reservation, as the website reservation failed, for whatever reason, and they accommodated us without hesitation. Thank-you so very much! My only complaint was the inability to take debit Visa.

ANGELO DThe uhual trucks are parked in a different lot location and that is not clear at all through the app. Mobile app pickup does not work at all and I had to wait for a customer service rep to help me check-in in person
Rami BI was charged more for km range. I was charged for more kms than what I actually drove. 5 extra kms more.

SHREYAS GThe fuel tank was not completely full prior to me driving it meaning I ended up paying $44 for only driving 100km (27L).
Matthew DI ordered moving blankets with my reservation and I found out at time of pickup that they didn't have any. A little notice would've gone a long way instead of being hung out to dry at game time. Also it's bizarre that there are no straps in the truck for tying things down. Seems like an obvious feature a moving truck would have, and would've been useful and appreciated.

Mike FYou changed my pick up location to further away from my packing/loading location. This in turn caused me to have to May additional mileage fee. No one at the drop off location to speak to in order to dispute. Will not use UHaul again due to this.

Alejandro MSomeone had left a dirty paper towel in the back of the cab. We just left it there, but I would not say it was perfectly clean because of that. There was also a baseball cap which we put behind the seat. The van and ran pretty good although there was a few clunks in the transmission, so maybe I need some transmission fluid or something
Deborah KYou guys charged me for three days even after I returned the uhaul after a day. First they claimed that I never returned the uhaul. When I raised a complaint, they found it within 30mins. But nothing happened. Spend 10-12 hrs with customer support to use uhaul for 7 hours. Worst service of any kind I have ever used in my life. Left multiple voicemails because no one ever answers or returns any call, at any time of the day/week. Still waiting to get my return till tomorrow before I dispute it with my credit card provider. Because you guys are doing borderline illegal stuff.

Julia RNeed to service the trucks more frequently. The trucks steering was all over the place. Engine had several concerning ticks and noise. 20ft truck used extra gas due to the condition of the engine and front end

Mitch SEven though I refilled the fuel before returning the truck upto the level I received while picking up the truck still I have been charged wrongly for fuel amount in my final invoice after handing over. I mailed this concern as well but no response is received till now.

Dieter Bthe system of having a partially filled tank and having to leave it at that level makes it difficult to estimate how much to add. Much easier for the customer to go from full tank to full tank
