Tire had a gash in it on the side wall where you can see the inside tire liner truck shouldn’t have been rented with that , also crumbs all over the seats up front, also over charged me saying I drove it more miles then I did and over charged me for fuel saying it was really low but it wasn’t I have pictures to prove that, also I called 3 times prior before picking up truck to confirm date of rental showed up to pick up and was told it wasn’t booked for that day they changed the date on me from July 25th to July 26th which was not right it was supposed to be 25th even when I called the 3 times it was confirmed for the 25th. Not a good experience.

Jaspreet SMoving with U-Haul was so much easier. The price was reasonable, and I had it done much quicker. Staff were very friendly and professional. Next time I need to move something I will be renting again from U-Haul.
